If I could give 0 stars, I would. To start with, when I came home with my chicken sandwich and took and bite, the "chicken" was black on the inside and very hard; my order was also messed up. So I went back to the drive-thru and told the employee everything, and they apologized and got the manager. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and was refusing to even give us a coupon for future use. I will never come back here and neither should you.

I thought this sonic was different than the others but they too lie to you about the ice cream machine being broken or "we just ran out of ice cream" after 10:30pm. They don't close until midnight. All the Sonics in Katy do this and it frustrates me. I know you didn't just run out. I know the machine doesn't break every single night at 10:30pm and magically start working when you open in the morning. Managers need to change your practices or close at 10:30pm if you don't want to work after that.

Pulled up to drive through and the staff was laughing hysterically and couldn't even say hello. I asked a question about the difference in two items and she says "i don't know!" No offer to find out...still laughing. I get you work at a drive through but I was late to meet a kids for lunch and just needed a simple order quickly.

We drove up to the outer drive through lane no one answered for 5 minutes we thought maybe the screen is off and someone forgot to put a cone there. Then we drove around in a circle to go to the inner drive through lane. No answer for a straight 5-10 minutes of us saying hello. My fiancé went up to the door and knocked said there is customers waiting. This boy starts speaking Spanish to another lady as if he wasn't even there. Where is the respect now a days. Where is the customer service or even service at this point. We used to enjoy sonic as kids because of the roller blade and the service now it has became shit. There wasn't even people in the order stations so I'm really confused what these people do for hours on end...If I could I wouldn't even give a star to them.

Sorry Sonic, this was a big disappointment. The photo on the left is from Sonic's web site. It looks like at least one whole Butterfinger in the blast. The photo on the right is what I was served. There was approximately 1 tsp of Butterfinger dust on the top of the treat. Some remnants of Butterfinger dust were mixed throughout. I tunneled as well as I could and did not find any savory Butterfinger chunks as advertised.

Horrific wait times. Even when there are only 1 other car in the stalls. Avoid this place. I tried giving it another chance but after waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes despite being the only car there I just left. The time before that I had been waiting 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.
