Sonic Drive-In

I made an order for a group of friends and the food was surprisingly delicious and would give it another try. Sadly the reason I'm giving two stars is because of the lady taking our order, you could obviously tell she was frustrating asking "is that it?" And then another lady walks out with what she assumes is our order and just shrugs "is this yours?" Keep in mind it's dark outside and then proceeds to complain to another coworker after handing out our order..don't get me wrong I'm not expecting 5 star service but it's common sense not to complain in front of the customer.

This location is absolute trash. I moved to this area about a month ago and this is my 3rd time giving them a chance. First time my order was completely messed up. 2 kids meals didn't even have toys. One was missing fries.The second time we got simply 2 shakes, same thing on both. One had oreos in it...one didn't. Now today, ordered 2 orders with totchos on the side. Low and behold there are no totchos. Definitely do not waste hour time and money here. Incompetence is obviously encouraged there.

I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and tonight I was craving tater tot's, a soft pretzel & I bought a bag of Sonics famous ice. I ate the soft pretzel on the way home and saved the tater tots for my 1 year old. I arrived home and checked the bag to see if they put ketchup in the bag like I asked and as I looked down into the bag I see a roach laying directly where my soft pretzel was. I immediately returned to the sonic and demanded my money back, they returned my money and I received a rude apology. Needless to say this has ruined sonic for me for forever.

We ordered the boneless asian sweet chilly wings a strawberry limeade. The wings tasted like sweet ginger, which was not good and we had to replace our strawberry limeade because it was too watery.

Third time ordering from here and they don't give you the right amount of food! I used to run a sonic a few years ago and it's embarrassing the little amount they give you when it's a DoorDash order! If you order in store, it's okay but the second it's DoorDash it looks like a 2 year old did it!

They are awesome! This place is my go to for my lunch break! Especially ordering from the app, it's ready when I get to the window! Fast, easy and amazing!

I have been here several times and used to be very happy with this location. However, the past few times have been disappointing, especially today. I ordered the following on the app: fried cookie dough bites a La mode and a medium hot fudge shake.A while after I checked in to the stall, someone comes out and tells me they no longer offer that promotion and asked if I like something else. I changed my order to a hot fudge Blast. with Oreos. A while later, someone else brings out their attempt at a Blast. Issue #1 Why are the app and the stalls advertising the promotion they no longer offer?Issue #2 The 'Blast' was in a small cup 2/3 filled with ice cream. The hot fudge and Oreos were buried at the bottom.Issue #3 They didn't bring out the rest my order, which left me without the medium hot fudge shake.I mentioned I did not get my hot fudge shake. He returned a short while later with a small hot fudge shake. Issue #4 Give me what I ordered. I, the customer, am already inconvenienced, so giving me a smaller size is not OK.I will try them again in a few months, as they have always been nice and polite, as well as providing good food and service in the past. I hope I can come back with a positive review, after my next visit.

Came here on a very hot day and just wanted what I asked for but instead they gave me the wrong flavor slushy when I told the guy about it he got angry and threw the drink at my car in rage. Worst experience ever

I have been here multiple times in the past few months and I've always had a pleasant experience. The man working the drive thru has been friendly and I've never had a long wait time. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location.

I ordered through the app for two drinks and when I arrived the app wouldn't let me check in so I pushed the button and let them know. While waiting 7 cars went thru the drive thru so I pushed the button repeatedly and finally someone came out. I admit I was now late to pick my nephew up and it had been 11 minutes so I was upset but I told the guy what was going on and then he looked at me and asked my name again. After another 3 minutes I ended up driving away without my order. Will never go to this sonic again.
