Whew chile.......where do I start! Ghetto! System froze, lady was rude. They tried to run my credit card multiple times because their system "magically froze" with no explanation. Drive through was a horrible rude experience. Never will return.Update I ordered one corndog, one hot dog and a small ocean water she charged me $9 bucks, I drove to another Sonics and only paid (Mason rd and only paid $5 and some change.) I was being overcharged.

None of the employees wear gloves and were handing money & food. The woman at the counter with gross long fake nails was scooping into ice machine with no gloves. In this time of Covid precautions, this location isn't using as many precautions as other places. Masks weren't covering noses of some staff either. When I asked the woman with the long fake nails why no one was wearing gloves, she kept saying "we wear gloves" while she and the other staff had none on.

Since I frequent this place, I have had the full gambit of service. From the really bad to the really impressive service, there truly isn't much to say about this place that would differentiate them from another chain.They are conveniently connected to a Shell gas station that gas is about 5 cent more than the surrounding pumps. They had to be chastised about fulfilling the Texans slush obligations last year because they got tired of the Texans winning, and having to provide slushes. They started to make up rules on the spot. Can only get them during happy hour. You have to purchase something. Enough complaints made them get their act together.As aforementioned...nothing really awesome about this place. It is your run of the mill fast food chain.

I always go to this sonic and get my 5 piece meal and my stuff never looked like this. Looks like they only gave me 3 tiny pieces and cut a fourth one into 2. The chicken tender was soooo small and dry!!! I'm so disappointed. I paid for a 5 piece and got a 2 piece is you ask me. The kids meal tenders where bigger.

I was a long time customer because they are the only one open late in the area. Went to the drive thru and was greeted (nicely) by Jessica gave my order exactly how I wanted. Went to the window paid drove home. 1. I spent $34.46 and over half the order was wrong.2. Why charge me $4 for a sandwich alone when it's advertised as a meal for $4 3. Why tell the customer one thing at night "so sorry I will replace blah blah blah come tomorrow with the receipt" and then face to face change it up and say "I can't replace all of this because it's too much" "why didn't you come back last night". Excuse me not that I have to answer to you but why allow you to inconvenience me? Jessica displayed piss poor customer service making me never want to visit this Sonic again she could definitely use a refresher course because you don't half ass give your all when I pay my full amount honor your word.

Online says open til 2AM tonight and the hours posted on their window say 2AM tonight so I'm pretty disappointed to have driven out here and not been serviced. There are a couple cars parked as if they are from employees, but noone answering the drive-through or at the window for service. Either change your hours or be better.

You filled my strawberry limeaid with ice very little strawberry and two huge limes I took three sips my drink was gone. They know that ice and limes as a solid weigh more so the liquid doesn't fill up. I threw my ice on the interstate.
