Sonic Drive-In

I see why they have one star. I ordered through the mobile app and decided to take the drive-thru instead of parking in a stall. I ordered 2 drink and I wanted to save the carhop a walk . The snappy I guess "manager" said the girl walked out and seen no car which was in accurate, she wouldn't walked in front of my car.She insisted I use a stall when ordering through the app. I've used this method atleast 5-6 other times and no one ever had a problem with it. I'm sorry you don't like your job.

I pulled up at 5:36PM ordered 2 slushes first, he "asked was that all" i said ONE SECOND turned around and asked my daughter what she wanted. She said a burger. I said "hello"? No response. I waited another 10 minutes went by the entire time I'm trying to get someone's attention just to put this Jr Burger onto my order and for 10 minutes i was left on hold when i only needed a second or in our case less than a second since my baby yelled out a burger almost immediately. So from 5:36 to 5:46 i was just left there. So i LEFT. Who leaves customers on hold for 10 minutes?

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I made an app order for a medium drink. After 11 minutes i pushed the button to see WTF it was. 4 minutes after that i got it. HORRIBLE!!!

Sonic on Jones Rd at Mills Rd. The receipt says 12620 Jones RdThe management changed in 2012. Service is now a lot better. Always friendly and smiley and helpful and clean and HOT. It would have gotten 5 stars if the entrance was easier to get to a stall. This entrance almost forces you into the drive thru unless you enter from side street.

We came to this location to get some Blasts as a late night snack. Everything was going fine until the lady taking our order corrected my husband and cut him off at the menu for no reason not letting him finish. Rolling up to the window, my husband took a look inside on what they were doing... the man who was making our ice creams had put his ungloved hand in them and continued to touch his bottom afterwards. When we said something after witnessing this, the lady who took our order seemed frustrated with us requesting with remaking them. After going back and forth with this lady, she took it back and remade them while rolling her eyes. If the customer says they saw the other worker put his bare finger in our food, you should listen rather than say "okay yeah but..." no! That's unsanitary and gross they think that's going to work with us or anyone matter of fact. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location late at night.

We wanted to send a huge thank you to you guys for treating our staff with drinks. You made their Fri-YAY! Not to mention, the multiple drinks were ordered, fulfilled, correct, and quickly prepared within 10 minutes. Thank you Hector and Jordan for your quick service and hospitality! We appreciate you!

Got the order wrong and completely missed the first part of the order. it is fast food nothin else to say about it‍

This sonic doesn't care who's in line or how many customers are waiting in line. After waiting for almost 30 min for a route 44slush I just drove off. I watched the staff talking and sipping on there own drinks but they could careless if paying customers received there's. Go to the one on west rd way better staff.

Ordered online ahead. I checked in and WAITED 25 MINUTES for my food.Excuse was given they are "really busy" and understaffed when I finally got out of my car after 20 minutes. The thing is, the drive thru line was moving. People who arrived well after I checked in lef well before I did.TWENTY FIVE minutes is way too long to wait for an order placed well in advance. And no one answered the call button I pressed

I swear this is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Save your time and just go to the Cypresswood location. I have been here three times and everytime I leave wondering why I even thought to go there. The first time, I waited at the speaker box and no answer, I called out several times and checked the location on maps and on the app, they were open, I waited 5 minutes before giving up and going to a new location. The second, I asked for a large Coke, first they handed me a Sprite, I sent it back and they gave me a water, the last time I sent it back, I was given a watered down Coke, and just left because the trouble wasn't worth it. This last time is the last time I will ever go to this location. I ordered a medium ocean water, AND IT WASNT EVEN BLUE. They gave me some outrageous mix of water and strawberries, and left before I could say it was wrong. I mean there wasn't even sprite!!! Just water and strawberries! And on the receipt it literally says OCEAN WATER. I literally feel crazy and so disappointed. Save the energy and go to the location on Cypresswood, 200x better and the people there are always kind.
