This Sonic is slow, unreliable, and unfriendly. There is almost always something wrong whether that be their credit card machine, being out of something or just being incredibly slow and non-apologetic. I've tried giving them extra chances to make it right since they are my closest sonic, but after ordering an Ocean Water on the Fourth of July, getting to the window and THEN them telling me they were only accepting cash (as they held the drink in my face then pulled it away) I won't be going to this sonic anymore. Do not go to this sonic location if you want a good sonic experience

This place straight up sucksThey forgot to take our order at the menu screen and they had to take it at the window.They got my order wrong, they gave me two large slushies when I asked for a small and a medium, they gave me tots instead of fries, and they gave me Saudi when I told them I didn't want any (which I'm not too mad about)And the whole process took about 40 minutes in total, doesn't really sound like fast food.So this place sucks bad

The worst Sonic ever I would never go there. I push the red button to order and they kept on turning it off, kept on pushing it, and they kept on turning it off. You can't even use the drive-through. You can't even use the patio mic. You have to use the ones in the back And it was after 15 minutes of fighting with them. Turning the button on and off I gave up they lost over $100 order. I will never go back there. I've had nothing but problems every time I go there they can't even put onions on my chili dog. I don't know what's going on but that place really sucks lately. back when you call the district manager or whoever they could care less about you. I've done it four times this month and four times. I've been stupid. I'm not doing it again.

Went here just to grab some quick breakfast. They forgot half the order and didn't hear the second part. I came back and told them they forgot my tots and the nasty guy said "tots does not come with it, it's just French toast" first of all I didn't ask you that. I told you I didn't get everything I paid for, this place is so hood looking and run down. They have a sign on the order window that they can only accept cash and they can only make like 6 things on the menu. Please close this place down ASAP and fire the staff because they have trash attitudes!

Sonic has been a great addition to the pounds gained during the pandemic. Finding their delicious banana shakes has been a serious issue that I love. I even have them add some chocolate to it. The best!

Wednesday at 645 pm. Pull into the drive thru with one car at the menu board in front of me. After a long wait, the car in front of me drives up and around. I pull up to the menu board and wait. And wait. And wait. Finally I decided to drive up to see what is going on. About 703. Get to the front, no cars, no employees, chairs on tables... Just NOTHING!!! I get that things happen and the store might need to close early BUT PUT A SIGN UP!!!!

It has been a long time since I can report that a fast food restaurant got my order correct with all of the specific customizations. The reason that I believe this sonic deserves and has earned kudos on their hard work and dedication to doing a good job... I don't eat fast food that often and there is a very short list of the places that I will go for fast food and it's getting shorter and shorter all the time. not only did they get my order right but there was no nickel and diming no of charging no we can't do that attitude, it was very refreshing.I feel like I have turned into a grumpy old camugin, or maybe I'm just expecting too much when I go out to eat.But I believe that we should all start to expect a better job from those that service. After all they are there because of us and without us and without us they wouldn't have anything to do. The girl at the window was very polite attentive and double checked my order with me as I pulled up. Especially at closing time!!! When I was working my way through college at fast food restaurants and a casual restaurant or two, at closing time I was ready to go home and probably wasn't 100% attentive at that time every time.The double jalapeño burger combo that I got was absolutely perfect, and it didn't look like it was thrown together by a monkey. But somebody took a little bit of pride in their job and preparing that hamburger. The tater tots were extra crispy as I ordered and not burned or so hard it hurt your mouth to eat, the onion rings were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside just like I like. And it's one of the first fast food restaurants that I've been to that shrink economics has yet to show up here. other burger places are getting smaller going to that 4 inch bun and the meat patties are getting thinner and thinner. Some of the other places have started changing their containers they're serving their sides and by making the bottom smaller than the top or just making the whole container a little bit smaller summer even going as far as to keep the same container just putting less in it.But the only hickey is...I think they're a getting a little pricey as most with most everything. From skimping on ingredients or getting smaller when was the last time you went in ordered something and it came out looking just like the TV ad or even the ad on the menu in the store.... I think they should be held accountable and possibly boycotted by us as the consuming public that we're not gonna stand for the old bait and switch routine anymore.This sonic stands out from not only other Sonics in the area but a majority of the fast food joints in our area.Nice job to the late shift at the sonic on 34th at 290!!!

I had a mobile order and I had a drink with a couple food items and they got my drink wrong so I pulled back around and waited a while but they finally got it fixed. Would I come to this one again? No probably not and my food tasted like other food items which makes me think there's major cross contamination going on. Thankfully when I pulled back around a different guy came to the window and actually spoke English so he fixed it for me but the staff beforehand didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I like Sonic, but this Sonic was not the best.We've been waiting for 40 minutes outside and still haven't came. Even 3 people go off there car and made complaints. I don't recommend this Sonic.
