Sonic Drive-In

Waited 20 minutes for a Dr. Pepper (which tasted off) and tater tots. Opened the bag of tots and there were ANTS crawling all over them. Tried to call the store to tell them but their number is disconnected and we didn't have time to go back.

Every time we come to this sonic our drinks are made to perfection. The downside is that they NEVER put out sauces in our bag. They give us 1 bag with food and appetizers for 2-3 ppl and it always rips. This last time I stopped by the girl handed me my order & walked away. I tried to get her attention because I didn't get my marina, ranch or BBQ to no avail. She was too busy in (what I'm guessing was) a co-workers car because she had a dog and she was looking at it and petting it. I finally got her attention a few minutes later and asked for another bag because mine ripped & all of my sauces. She was nice and came back with everything but it's ridiculous that I have to ask for my sauces when they're on my receipt.

This location never disappoints! Fast service, good burgers cooked properly and hot & fresh! Stay away from the Barker-Cypress location...they suck horribly. Also digging the upgraded menus with the integrated touchscreen payment system. It is MUCH better than the old kiosks that everyone was hitting. Appreciate that the new card reader isn't tearing up my credit card!

This sonic is the worst one I have ever been too. Not only do half the places you park and order do not work they are very slow if you use them. This location really needs to get stuff together.

Sonic No communication between franchise owners and Sonic Company All about the numbers not quality to the Customer ...I had the crispy chicken sandwich..The chicken patty was horribleBum and condiments Market standard .. the frozen patty was horrible.. as we all no product Quality Comes from the Franchise company Always from the top.. With all the grate Locations across the county.. i waited 40 min for onion rings, and a hot dog for my brother. I asked for the hotdog to be plain, and she brought out this chili filled hotdog. my little brother will not eat a chili dog. he is only 8 and picky. my husbands food was cold, aswell as mine. the service here is very crappy.

Managemwnt needs to get the timws together for operation. This location does what the hell they want to do. Arrived at 11:40. They close at 12. Apparently rhe store had been empty for a while as there were cars in the drive thru when I pulled up

This location of sonic is literally the worst one in Houston. food takes forever to come out, and whoever was the night closer on November 19th 2023, the girl had the WORST customer service ever just because they were closing. that experience was rude as hell. trash employees will be the death of this location.

Always takes 30 minutes to get a shake . Have not had service here that doesn't take 30 minutes in years . Been waiting for 25 minutes for a shake currently, with the driver next to me that was here when I got here complaining, but still neither of us have gotten our drink . There is no one else here . No one in drive threw . What are they doing ? The other person just left without food. I have a 30 minute break, and they have already wasted all of it and I have nothing to show . This sonic is a joke and should just close . It's insane .

I don't know if the food is any good but will never find out. After waiting 20 minutes (with the display telling me the notification button has been activated) I decided to move on down the road. I have frequented Sonic drive ins for decades - and this is the worst of the worst.
