I've been to this Sonic's ever since it opened and it is always good. I work in the center and so walking here is the most convenient. I just order on mobile, walk over, check into the stall and they bring out the food. They have happy hour for drinks all day anyday if you order on mobile. They also have half price shakes after 8 pm when I get off. I ordered some food today on mobile, but I took a while to walk over since it was super busy. When I got there and gave them my order they still brought it out right away and freshly made. The strawberry limeade was cold and refreshing. Adam really took care of me. The customer service here is superb compared to other locations that I've been to.

This Sonic has the worst customer service! The last two times I've been here the work staff have been terrible. Getting orders wrong, not caring. Just replace the whole staff! I arrived at 11:30pm before they close at 12. No answer at drive threw. I drive around & see them sitting down hiding out. I go to a stall & two other customers pull up. Waiting several minutes they come on the speaker & say they closed but I say it says y'all close at 12. So he takes my order then the lady that was sitting down comes outside & asks me to go threw the drive threw because the stall is closed & I tell her well you didn't answer the drive threw. Then I'm missing half my meal AGAIN!

Zero stars! This location is garbage at best! Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes for no one to acknowledge us ! Pulled In a stall and waited for another 10 minutes! Took an additional 20 minutes for the three drinks we ordered while I watched the girl stick her entire flipping hand in the cup after pulling at her pants several times ! Seriously people stay away from this location !

I love Sonic, like really love Sonic. I have been a loyal customer ever since I was in college in a small town with really limited options. Now with many many options and restaurants also struggling through COVID restrictions and limitations there is no excuse for rude and nonchalant service. Most recently I sat in the drive the for about 10 min without anyone acknowledging me. Stuff happens, So I drove around. Sat in line other ten minutes while servers walked right pass me after I shared that no one took my order to bring drinks to ppl who where able to order at the drive trough. Finally get there and he asks what I get you, at this point I'm willing to still give my business and thinking I'm being helpful inform the manager like person that the intercom wasn't working for me and I could place my order, " you may want to check it out". He replies " oh there is nothing wrong, but someone was ordering at the stall and they took a long time, so what can I get you?". I reply, "well I have worked in fast food and you should always acknowledge the person at the intercom, so they don't think that something is wrong". He straight up replied, "we don't do that here, we take the orders as they come and you should just wait". I just looked at him appalled and drove away. How is the customer supposed to know to just wait after 10 min. Poor poor poor, just poor all around. There is no way I will be giving another dime to that business and I will tell everyone I meet about the continued bad service and odd service. There are so many options for food in our community, so spend your money else where. Trust me they don't mind.
