False advertising and listings across their website, DoorDash, grub hub, yelp, and more claiming to have a featured item. They Collected the money and accepted multiple orders despite not having the featured item. They Let both DoorDash and Uber Eats assign a driver that arrived to the location after multiple delays and false order ready times, that led to these drivers leaving to pursue other deliveries after unexplained delays. They had other deliveries with deadlines they were responsible for and couldn't risk delays on all of their other orders. This issue caused reassigning of multiple drivers, and the restaurant continued to provide false order ready times only for the driver to eventually be told the item "wasn't available "after they waited well after the specified ready time. Multiple drivers suffered no pay and no tips due to the restaurants negligence , laziness, and dishonesty and multiple customers were left without the food, delivery, and expedited delivery they paid for.

I've had 2 horrible experiences now with this location. This is a shared kitchen, pick up only space for Sonic, Rusty Taco, Arby's, and another brand (I can't remember the name). I live close by and was excited when it opened but doubt I will ever order from them again. My 1st experience was a Rusty Taco order, 1/2 of the order was completely wrong, and they flat out refused to rectify the situation, even when presented with the receipt. I tried emailing because no one answers when you call. No answer to email either. My 2nd experience was Sonic order; 4 drinks; pretty simple right?! Apparently not. This time only 1 drink was wrong, however, another was so bad we had to throw it out. Maybe I just caught them on 2 bad days, but the fact that they won't refund or fix their mistakes is enough to keep me away from now on.

I go here regularly for sonic drinks or ice cream. you have to pull into a parking lot and then go inside the building that says Inspire Foods. your food is in a locker with your name on it. honestly better than the drive thru bc your food is always ready on time and you don't have to deal with employees.
