Something Special Bar & Lounge

I dropped in early on a Friday night for happy hour after eyeing this place for weeks. Thankfully it wasn't crowded but I opted to sit at the bar. The menu had quite a few things that sounded interesting but I opted for the salmon bites, onion rings and a rum punch since all were discounted for happy hour. The rum bunch was good, the onion rings were too but the salmon bites were the highlight. They were nice and crispy on the outside but hearty and juicy on the inside. The only thing in my opinion that would have made it better were if the batter had a little salt (or sugar) to really make it pop. It's a really cute place. I'll have to come back for an entree and one of the something special cocktails to see how the experience changes

Really nice spot. I don't know what was going on tonight but it was packed. Just a little hot for the amount of people in the place. The drinks were good and the food also. I will come back because it was a lot of fun and laughter.

My boyfriend and I found this place on Apple maps during our road trip to Conyers GA and we're so glad we did. From the service, to the drinks, the music, the decor and vibe everything was awesome and so delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating of where we wanted to sit, how loud the music was etc. We would most definitely eat here again!

We've been patiently awaiting the opening of Something Special Bar & Lounge here in Conyers and yesterday we had the opportunity to experience our new local Bar & Lounge. As with every opening of a restaurant the staff were very friendly and welcoming. For those adulting, you'll love the ambiance and feel of the dining and socializing spaces. On to the food choices, the menu isn't vast but the choices are very good. I tried the pecan roasted wings and the Mrs's had the chicken (Substituted for the shrimp) Alfredo and neither dish disappointed us. OoOh I almost forgot about the specialty drink menu...they have hella drink choices. Overall we enjoyed ourselves locally and definitely looking forward to spending more time meeting our neighbors...Thank you Something Special for giving us a "neighborhood spot" we feel good visiting.

I really want to support this new establishment. The place is beautiful on the outside and the inside, but once you're inside, the service sucks! Came on a Wednesday night for karaoke, not, sure why the bill was charged a 15% gratuity at the bar in an empty spot. They also served other people that came in later their food, but totally forgot my to go order. The drink was also $16, which was not worth the price. To make matters worse, I ordered the whiting with fries to go, but was charged for extra fries even though I only asked for extra tartar sauce. That's an extra $4 for fries that were never ordered , but I didn't catch this until I got home. The whiting automatically comes with fries, DUH! On top of that, the fish had a foul odor and tasted like it had been sitting around for days. I also found a piece of hair fried in the fish. Please get it together so that you can survive. I hate to see such a beautiful place go down quickly.

Stopped in today when a buddy and pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Opened in January. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. The owner was super cool and inviting. The salmon bites and Long Island iced tea as perfect. Happy hour menu prices around $7 each. Wow!! I will definitely be a regular at this spot. A place that all of Conyers has been waiting for. Stop in and you won't be disappointed!!

My friends and I went here for happy hour on a nice Thursday afternoon and had such a great time! The ambience was beautiful and elegant and the food was even more delicious. The drinks were nice and strong and our waiter was very patient and nice. This is a nice, new hidden secret that I will make sure to visit often.

I have been to this beautiful spot 4 times and have no complaints. Top tier food, excellent customer service, and just an all around vibe. The owners are amazing they mingle with us I'll continue to visit them

This was an experience .We had the seafood dip - YUM!!!Salmon - Yum!Wings -yum!Our waitress, Taylor, was personable and gave great recommendations.Came on a Sunday evening. It gives party vibes.
