What a great family owned restaurant ! Great food- don't let the weird location deter you. We had steaks, lamb shanks(fall off the bone and flavorful), and nashville beef brisket. Honestly- there are million choices on the menu. I can say there is something for everyone

Just happened to be in Asheboro around dinner time and decided to get dinner. Five of us sat outside since it was beautiful out. Our waitress was great, food was alright until we got home. The three adults all got something different and we all ended up sick. We all were fine until we ate there. Definitely do yourself a favor and don't go.Food poisoning doesn't always take 48 hours, stomach and gut, diarrhea, and vomiting may start as early as 1 hour after eating tainted food and as late as 10 days or longer.The other two were kids that said the food tasted weird and decided not to eat after a few bites. Hence why they are not sick.

I was looking around on YELP for a restaurant to visit after our upcoming time at the NC ZOO. After reading reviews and the response from the supposed owner, I will not give them my business based on his rude responses alone. Thanks Mr. Owner for the advance warning!! Will never visit your establishment!

The responses from the "owner" (Evren) interest me. He told a couple of people he didn't want to see them again, something he also told me, very shortly after Sinan opened the location on Zoo Parkway. He also irrelevantly criticized their grammar in his responses to them. (?!) I had recommended a few things that had been on their older menu at their previous location, things that I had enjoyed very much, and he told me they didn't need my business, that his father made more money than I did (???!!!???) and that I didn't need to come back. I see it as a trend from this particular "owner." I have gone back only one time since then, at the request of someone else. I loved Sinan, and our family used to eat there at least once a week when they were at their old location. No more, because of the attitude of this younger "owner" and would-be "grammar teacher." I miss this restaurant. Apparently I'm not the only customer he has run off. What a shame. The food was always delicious, and I'm sure it still is. Best wishes to you and your wife, Sinan! I miss you. Three stars because of the rude and unwelcoming attitude of this "owner." I would have given only one star but I love Sinan, and the food was always good.

My boyfriend and I were in the area while he was here on business, and decided to pop in for dinner around 7:30 pm. From first glance this restaurant seemed so quaint and humble. The atmosphere within the establishment was truly something to experience, it felt so warm and welcoming. Everything was very clean. When we got inside to be seated, we were greeted quickly and we're immediately given a table, even though they seemed quite busy. The service was so kind, and they were very helpful as we were full of questions about the menu. We settled on spanakopita as our appetizer after asking the server what she recommended, and it exceeded all expectations! We then went on to order our meals, I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu along with a Greek salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. My boyfriend ordered Lamb Chops with macaroni and cheese and a Caesar salad. He said his food was delicious and he enjoyed his as well. We were so full we skipped on dessert, but i saw another table receive what looked like a chocolate volcano and it looked wonderful. Once we got to the counter to pay for our meal we had the pleasure of meeting the husband of the owner of the establishment, Sinan, and he informed us that they had been in the restaurant industry for 30 years. He was a very kind man and you can tell he and his wife have such a passion for what they do, it shows within the atmosphere and quality of food they serve. All in all everything was absolutely wonderful and we agreed anytime we were back in the area we would stop in again, as it was our favorite dining experience we've had thus far here in Asheboro. Our glasses never were empty, the entire team was extremely kind, the food came out exceptionally fast, and it was delicious. 5 stars!

Consistently good food and good service. The specials offered have variety. The owner is very involved and it shows, the restaurant is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The location is out of view but most locals eat there. It's less than a minute from HWY 64/CVS, if you haven't been there .... GO!

Nice restaurant! The food was awesome. Husband loved the steak he got and I had the crab cakes which was great. The waitress we had was very friendly! Will have to come back if we are ever back in the area.

I see people leaving great reviews and am very confused. Maybe the steaks/crab cakes are better. I'm hesitant to say for sure but the chicken cordon bleu tasted and looked identical to frozen boxed ones (ham&cheese was also thin & perfectly rectangular in the center like a a machine made it). It also had chunks of pizza style sausage in the sauce that felt out of place. Chicken parm came pre-cut like a child's meal and it was very soggy when served. Chicken Alfredo wasn't bad but was probably the blandest alfredo I've tasted, needed lots of salt and pepper. Chef's salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and some of it wilted. Service was fine. Food did come out very quickly which was nice.

Great location with great service. Beautifully decorated warm space for an open yet intimate setting. Staff are attentive and gracious. Food served quickly and hot. Descent price point for two people.

We were passing through on our way home. We got the ribs. They were well cooked and delicious. The sides weee delicious as well. Reasonable prices / good value.
