Ordered a challah and matbucha to satisfy my cravings . Ordered in uber eats and everything was soooooo good. Definitely ordering again pretty soon. The challah was the fluffiest one I've had this far. However the matbucha is not for the faint hearted , as it was VERY spicy. Maybe toning it down a little bit would help enjoy it more. I love spice but my husband doesn't and he couldn't enjoy it as much.5 stars and I haven't even stepped food in the establishment however the food was so good!

I had the special pastrami sandwich (extra charge). I was really hoping for a decent traditional pastrami. The meat was mostly fat and trimmed very poorly. It was cut very thick but wasn't tender enough to be able to support that style of a cut. Sandwich was very chewy and meat was dry.

I ordered a pita sandwich that took almost 20 minutes to make. It's not that it was that busy. It is just so unorganized in the restaurant that it is not worth coming back. I gave this place a second chance just to see if they were having a bad day and this is the last time I will come here or recommend anybody in the area to get a pita here. Go to Motek instead.

We had a great lunch at the Soho Kosher Deli this afternoon. The pastrami sandwich was SO tender and flavorful and the hummus was smooth as silk! We were visiting and David took great care of us! We'd definitely recommend & be sure to ask for David!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive rating despite the varied food options and Middle Eastern selections. The place is consistently unclean, with dirt everywhere, and the indifferent crew even resorts to using cutlery from dirty trays. The most significant issue lies in the overall attitude of the staff, from the counter guy to the floor staff, who exhibit a consistently cocky demeanor. Any questions are met with extremely negative responses. While I'm unsure of the situation in the Middle East, as a diner in this country, I believe we should strive for improvement and do things right, rather than adopting an attitude that won't lead us anywhere. When I inquired about the contents of a dish, the lady's response was nearly hostile, almost cursing me for not knowing. I would not recommend this place if you cannot tolerate such an attitude or an unclean environment.

Ordered food, they were open, cars and people in the establishment. Online platform says they were taking orders. Placed it, paid, walk over and I'm told they're not taking any orders. Okay no problem, but they took my money & I had to call my card to file a claim. They took my money instead of returning it on their POS knowing I never got my food. Bad & shady people who own this.Very, very rude. I wouldn't waste my money or time here if you have other options.

We're new residents to Aventura and figured now that we live in the Miami area, with its large Jewish population, we would most assuredly find a good Jewish deli. And so, our search started at SoHo Kosher Deli. Taking the Soho name made it seem like we were headed in the right direction. Although the name sounds great, we soon learned that an authentic sounding name does not necessarily mean you'll have an authentic experience. Red Flag #1; We should have realized that, with no one in the place when we arrived, that should have been our first hint but, we really wanted a hot pastrami sandwich and Matzo Ball soup, so we pressed on. Each step we took kept telling us this was not the right place but, still we pressed on. Red flag #2; We happily ordered our hot pastrami and Matzo ball soup only to be advised that they did not have Matza Ball soup! What kind of a Jewish Deli doesn't have Matzo Ball soup? Still we pressed on and ordered the chicken noodle soup instead. Red flag #3; When then ordered our hot pastrami sandwich on Rye bread. The cook kept telling us it should be on toast! Who orders a hot Pastrami sandwich on toast! Begrudgingly, he relented and put our sandwiches on untoasted Rye bread. Still we pressed on. Red flag #4: We ordered drinks and were told to grab something from the cooler across the restaurant. We chose a Perrier. When we asked for a glass of ice, we were handed a tiny plastic cup (more like sipping cup). Still we pressed on. Red flag #5: When we got our soup, it was cold. We asked for it to be heated and the girl seemed flummoxed. She had to get someone else to tell her what a microwave does. Still we pressed on. Red flag #6: We waited for quite sometime to get our "hot pastrami sandwiches!" When they arrived, they were thin (not stuffed like a New York deli sandwich), so covered in mustard that we had to scrape off the excess. To add to our sandwich woes, although the sandwich was super thin, somehow, the meat was the most thickly sliced meat we had ever seen. We also believe that the sandwiches were not pastrami at all but corned beef! Final Insult: After all of that nonsense, the SoHo Kosher Deli saved the best for last! Our two sandwiches, two bowls of soup and one drink came to an unbelievable $69.00! Not sure what you would call this place... rip off, joke, whatever but, it most assuredly, it is NOT a Jewish deli!!! Our search goes on to find a REAL Jewish deli. There must be one somewhere in Aventura! One thing we do know, it sure as hell is not SoHo Kosher Deli!
