So Good Pupusas

I stumbled upon this food truck at a grand opening event at Black Bright. This visit was my first time trying El Salvador Pupusas. Oh my goodness, what a burst of flavor and comfort in every bite. I ordered the Chicken and the queso, which was a 5 out of 5 taste. Keep in mind, I don't have anything to compare this to, but so far - the best-tasting new food/flavor experience for a food truck experience. The service here was approachable and polite. Fell a bit short in explaining the preparation to me as I had many questions because I wasn't familiar with the food. It was only $5. There wouldn't have been a huge loss if I disliked the Pupusas. I loved it!

Amazing and delicious student-run food truck and catering company! They have lots of delicious pupusa types to choose from, which is great for those looking for a vegan, vegetarian friendly option. As a plus, all pupusas are gluten-free!For those that don't know, So Good Pupusas makes authentic and delicious El Salvadoran pupusas. A pupusa is a traditional thick, handmade cornmeal dough with fillings, such as cheese, beans, and chicharrón (cooked and seasoned pork ground to a paste consistency).Aside from the business, So Good Pupusas also runs a nonprofit called Pupusas 4 Education. By using some of the profits from the business, the nonprofit provides well-qualified undocumented high school seniors with scholarships to pursue a higher education.So find this food gem around the triangle, try their delicious food, and help deserving students be able to attend college! It is So Good. You won't regret it.

I've been wanting to try So Good Papusas for quite a while. And they were definitely worth the wait. Everything was fresh and not at all greasy and they were generous with the filling. Plus I'm glad to have my money go to such a good cause.
