So it was my first time trying this place and I have mixed feelings about it. I would give the customer service 5 stars in itself. The young man working was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions about the menu and was so helpful. The boba drinnks are not very good compared to the many boba places I've tried. The drinks were overly sweet, but like an artificial sweet. Didn't seem like they used any fresh or natural ingredients. And that's also me asking for "less sweet". Still came out way too sweet. The boba balls themselves were way too chewy and a lot of them were stuck together so you couldn't even suck them up through the straw. Maybe they were old. So that's why I give it 3 stars. The inside of the place is super cute with spots to sit which is wonderful and I loved that about this place. Another thing I absolutely love about this location is that it's connected to a little food market next door where you can get delicious food like lumpia, pancit, and yummy cheese muffins. So that's a big plus! So basically this place has great potential to be epic, but the quality of the boba drinks have to go up for that to happen.

Nom nom nom! So good. I love this halo halo - Filipino soul food. This is the ultimate nostalgic dessert for me. Every spoonful has a different combination of sweetness and textures. A little salty, creamy, sweet - I love Snoice.

First time trying this place. Ordered a White Rabbit Milk Tea - Milk Tea layered with Butterfly Tea. It was yummy. I would order it again maybe add boba too. Look forward to trying out other menu items as well.

I am an ube STAN! One day I was craving something with ube + I'd always heard good things about Snoice, so I decided to try them out. The first time I went I got the Ube-Taro blend + I LOVED IT! Omg it was so good. Flavorful + sweet, just like I like it! I also really love Oreo so the second time I went I got the ube-Oreo blend + I really wanted to love it, but it was just okay. It needed more flavor/sweetness. The customer service was good. Nothing spectacular but it wasn't bad either. And k will say the prices are a bit steep for a drink, but I'd definitely return the next time I have a craving for something sweet.

I love ordering the taro smoothie. Only 3 stars because everything time I've asked and PAID for extra boba, I feel like they put 3 extra boba balls in there lol. It's an insignificant amount! I've ordered extra boba at other establishments and you get what you paid for, not here! They're cheap with their boba

Snoice boba drinks were a huge hit at our recent company event! The catering process was seamless and the staff are amazing! The drinks (Thai Iced Tea & Mango Fruit Tea) were so delicious and really quenched our thirst on such a hot and sunny day. I believe there are now a few more boba tea lovers because of Snoice!

My family and I love going to Snoice. We love how fresh the Boba is, and how quick the service is ! Go to Snoice if you want the best tasting Boba in Spring valley.

I've used Snoice now to cater 2 different events! 1 event we just got boba tea jugs delivered and the other they serviced for us! Both we're great and unique touches to the events! The drinks we're delicious and everyone loved them! I highly recommend their catering for events! Pricing was very fair as well!
