I've just found my new go-to boba spot. My only regret is I didn't discover this spot sooner. Clean, bright, colorful, and inviting ambiance. Plenty of seating and some photo ops. Aaron (I had to check my receipt) was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He recommended the lotus milk tea and informed me they are the only boba spot that offers this tea. I was nervous to try it but he let me know that if I didn't like it, I could receive another drink. Well, I loved it! It was so unique, refreshing, and light. I also ordered the kung fu chicken snack and it was a little salty but I like salt so I enjoyed it! Great flavor, moist, and the perfect crisp. The only thing I wish is they offered a sweet & sour sauce or other sauce options. I ate it with s&s sauce when I got home but it also tasted great with their ranch. I will be back!!

I recently took my son to a local boba spot for a daddy-son date, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance is super chill with plenty of seating and fun games to enjoy while hanging out with friends or family. It's a great spot to relax and take your time.Customer service was top-notch. There were two young adults working that day who were very friendly and helpful. It was a slow day, and they were even enjoying a card game while waiting for customers. You could tell they enjoyed being there, which added to the laid-back vibe.As for the drinks, I ordered the Matcha Ube Brown Sugar, which was perfectly sweet with rich flavors, and my son got a Strawberry Milk Tea with boba, which he loved! I also love that they have a points system where you can earn rewards for future visits. Knowing it's so close to home, this will definitely become a regular spot for us. Highly recommend!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon.... The inside was open and clean, plenty of tables, some games, and cute decor. The girls behind the counter were quiet but nice. Our large group ordered quite a few drinks, more than 10, so we had a little wait. I had their ice tea with grapefruit... my kid had a chocolate blast. Good flavor combinations, the ice tea was refreshing.. and my kid's milk base drink was sweet and rich. We did not try any snacks.. A solid choice for some boba or tea

This boba shop is big with cute decors. The service is excellent; fast and helpful. First time having crème brûlée milk tea from them, it's very good and I adjusted the sweetness level, so it's perfectly sweet. I will come back to order these drinks again. I would recommend to all people that I know who have a chance to be around the area to try their drinks.

This is a new boba tea place that took over Tapioca Express right across from Bonita High School. The menu is quite expansive with some premade, recommended drinks. I got the Ube drizzled matcha milk tea with brown sugar boba. The matcha isn't that strong and the Ube drizzle isn't too sweet. The brown sugar boba was warm and delicious! I recommend coming here to get more creative boba/tea drinks!

My favorite boba place since it first opened in early 2024. I've only gotten Brown Sugar because it's great every time, along with the (regular) boba being soft and sweet. The workers are polite, I'm familiar with their faces from coming here so often. And the place is chill and quite clean, considering the amount of high schoolers that come by.

This place is legit! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a drink recommendation and the employee recommended his own creation which I went for. He recommended mango strawberry tea. I added on the rainbow jellies as a topping. I kept the sweetness level normal (I usually do 50% at other shops) but I enjoyed every aspect of the drink.I also ordered a drink for my friend and their medium chicken snack. Everything was perfect. I loved the overall vibe. I'll definitely be back soon!

I had no idea there was an A Tea 7 open here in Chula! I've been to the other location in El Cajon and loved it, so I'm glad I can get the same delicious drinks so close by! This location did not disappoint-- I got the Hello Pandan drink with boba and sea salt foam, and it was gone in seconds. I'm not sure if the Pandan is just a fall flavor since the sign said "FALL for these flavors," but I hope not! The drink itself was a wonderful creamy pandan flavor with such nicely sweetened boba that was the perfect texture. It wasn't too hard or too soft. I also liked how the brown sugar clung to the pearls and you could taste it in every bite. The mango tea didn't taste artificial and the flavor of the tea itself was not lost in the mango. To me, the wintermelon lotus milk tea tasted like sunflower seeds lol, but my friend very much enjoyed it.Not pictured, but we also got the kung fu chicken in spicy, and it was crispy and tasty! Not spicy at all, just a bit on the saltier side for me, but it was very well seasoned.Service was also quick and nice, and the shop itself is very bright, clean, and modern looking. Lots of seating to chat and enjoy your drinks. I'm so excited to try more here!

We tried this place before it was even on yelp! My experience is based on take out that a friend picked up for us. Unfortunately we were waiting a long long time, I'll cut some slack because it was freshly opened and I understand sometimes it takes some time to get things down, we ordered the following: 2 orders of kung fu chicken. This took the absolute longest to get. Almost an hour. The consistency was different on both batches, as if it was 2 different cooks, maybe? One batch was very crispy while the other wasn't. It was good but that wait had my friend very impatient and almost wanting to cancel the order all together. 2 orders of the sizzle corn. Again, very different take aways from this, one container had corn which was darkened like grilled really good. The other was very yellow. One thing not mentioned at all in the menu is that it contains baby shrimp. Super tiny you don't see it at first but it gives off a fishy smell and taste, and it would be nice to see it mentioned for people who have shell fish allergies. This could end up pretty badly And 2 orders of the crispy rice paper pizza. This we all LOVED! I'm not sure I would call it pizza however, maybe more like a flat. It's literally on rice paper so it's like a crisp or giant chip. Pretty good nonetheless. I also ordered the jasmine green milk tea as I seen someone mention it being very good. I also asked for boba. Not sure what happened but it definitely had pumpkin on the bottom with the boba. I know there's a seasonal drink going on with pumpkin but it was not the mood I was going for. Unfortunately because a friend picked it up for us, he caught none of this until we were all together ready to eatI wanna give it another shot in the future, hopefully we have better results next time

One of the best bobas I've had! @atea7sd's brown sugar boba is very flavorful yet not too sweet and it was the perfect texture (not too chewy and not too hard). I love the names associated with their specialTEA drinks, such as Peach, Please! and Under the Weather. There's a variety of drinks to choose from and snacks! Their Kung Fu Chicken is well seasoned and you can choose your spice level. We chose mild to determine how spicy it actually was and there was definitely a kick to it unlike other places. I also love the vibe of the place with the pink walls and green floral backdrop. Great place to hang out with family & friends.
