This place is a hidden gem , tried them and fall in love with the service and the collection of smoothies they have , from pre workout to post workout , energizer smoothies,protein smoothies and much more .You can make it more delish by adding popping bobas , tapiocas and jelly .As you wait for your order,they have small table games to engage you .Shop is clean ,staff is helpful and prices are economical.Would definitely be back soon to try other options .

Quick service. Smoothie was delicious. Ambience of the local is cool and quiet. Nice place to sit and relax.

Stopped by on my way to my next appointment and ordered the energizer and omg it's delish! Love that they have a too 12 most popular list if you can't decide. Narrows down their many awesome delicious options. Also see they have stack of board games so why not do a game night here? So fun such a cute spot you should definitely check them out!

I personally like the concept of this place. I like the variety of drinks they provide. I ordered through door dash. I called to check if I was able to order a sugar free drink and the person who answered was very kind and asked for my name to make sure that it was done. The service itself deserves a 5 star but I didn't enjoy the drink, must have been just wrong choice and bad day. They also forgot one of the energy drinks I ordered but it was okay bc doordash handled it. I would definitely try again maybe a different drink with different fruits. 2/5 green drink with added avocado no milk and no sugarThis was healthy and I know my healthy drinks usually are bland and I'm good with that. The issue I had with the drink was this hard unripe fruit or something. It was a bunch of them like the hard part of a watermelon texture wise but I believe it was the avocado that was just not ripe. It was really hard and unpleasant to drink. It also created this bitter taste.

I've found a new smoothie place! Clean environment! Bring your books and they also have games if you wish to stay and play a board game! I tried the peanut butter protein shake and it was amazing. This is my 2nd day in the row! Pricing is really good. Very filling and it holds my hungry for a while!

I've been going to the Fitness Connection next to this place for awhile now and I never knew about this place. I love how open the dining area is, it's pretty big for a smoothie spot. They offer a nice variety of smoothie options, so it was hard for me to choose. The cashier was very patient with me & he did his best to help me make up my mind. I gave the place 4 stars because I didn't like my smoothie. I selected the Meal Replacement which consist of peach, mango, strawberry, banana, vanilla and protein. The ingredients sound yummy, but the taste was completely off & it left a bad after taste in my mouth. Instead of going back I just threw it out. I plan to try the place again; however next time I'll select something else or create my own ingredients since that's an option.

Awesome stop for smoothies fix!! They have everything that you're looking for, fruit smoothies with non-fat yogurt, pre workout shots, protein shakes/drinks/bars, to fruit teas!Note that they use turbinado (brow sugar) to sweeten everything so you can request stevia/honey instead. My faves are definitely their peanut butter power house (peanut butter, banana, and protein powder) and strawberry tea! Their green smoothies and very berry smoothies are also yummy!They offer "boba" as well and yea it's in quotation marks because they don't use traditional tapioca balls but rather the jelly type.There are tons of sitting space inside and the ordering kiosk is spacious!

We got the tropical squeeze smoothie, which was good. I did have trouble finding something on the menu initially as most of their smoothies have dairy in them. They also add turbinado (sugar) and honey. My smoothie wasn't overly sweet - I never add sugar to homemade smoothies though, so I think they could sweeten with other ingredients. The prices are more than reasonable for the drink sizes.

I am not from Houston, but whenever I'm here, the only smoothies place I go to is Smoothies & More. The server was so nice, kind, fast and quick to order. She was the nicest server I have had in any smoothies places. The Peanut Butter and the Yogurt Yahoo she made were on point to the Moon and back. Love it! I would definitely go back. i love this place so much! there are so many smoothie options. there are a variety of ingredients to choose from to make a customized smoothie. drinks are served in a timely manner. the ambience is a 10/10. you really cant go wrong with any of the drinks, but my favorite is the just peachy drink with boba.
