Smoothie King

I have nothing but good to say about this smoothie king location. Always fast and friendly service also very accommodating. The inside is always clean. The wait time it very little even when they are busy.

I visit this Smoothie King at least once a week. The employees are always so kind and happy! Excellent customer service. Just wanted to share a great review and say thank you!

My first time ordering at smoothie king and the employee didn't have the patience with me. She kept sighing and kept giving me an attitude when taking my order. This is infuriating all I asked was to switch to small to a large cup, switched blueberries to raspberries, and I didn't know for one of the cups I order I had to pick fruits and veggies. Overall, the drink was okay. I understand this a rough time with the pandemic but no excuses with the attitude.

Amazing customer service everything is made freshly and quickly. This is my favorite smoothie king to go to.

I don't like being that person that complains, but the last three times I've came to this location they've got my order wrong, which I don't know how because all of them have on the headsets. And all I ask for in my order is to take one simple thing away. And I even repeated multiple times each time. And yet they still get it wrong. I had to go back inside to store each time just for them to remake it the right way. And I don't receive anything for the mess up and the time wasted. Not even an apology or anything, they just make it again and I have to wait and they don't say a word. But the most concerning part is that I don't even have to repeat what they messed up each time, it's like they already know they messed the order up, they just didn't care enough to fix it before giving it to me the first time. I just walk in with my drink and they already know what they did wrong. Again like I said, it took three times for me to actually say something about this, but they've wasted too much of my time without any care at all, and they even seem to have an attitude because I want my drink made correctly even though it's one tiny change to the regular order. Then a separate time than when they got the orders wrong, they pretty much just gave me a smoothie that was almost just ice with a little coloring. Then when I went in the store AGAIN it was another time I didn't even say anything, I walked in and the young girl that was making the drinks started laughing when she saw me. Then I told the other young girl at the register and she walked over too the girl making the drinks and they laughed to eachother like they knew they didn't try with that drink at all. There needs to be something done with that staff especially about the younger people that have working there that just don't care

Have been there 3 times, they have been super friendly every time. In the store I was in and out both times and the drive thru could be a little faster but they are new. The sweet girl at the front recommended my new favorite smoothie, green tea tango w pineap

This location is the best! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to helping pick out a smoothie. I have my go-to, but sometimes I need help and they never disappoint. Perfect for quick drive thru pick-up or walk-in orders!

My smoothie always comes out the same every-time i purchase, amazing! The staff is professional and works fast every time. I always enjoy every smoothie i purchase from here. Thank y'all!
