Smoothie King

Horrible slow rude disrespectful and when I say slow I mean literally walking like fucking snails around the building sound like they on heavy drugs everyone slurring they words and randomly laughing workers making they own drinks just go somewhere eles and save the time

I have gone to this Smoothie King location sporadically. Comparing this location to other Smoothie King locations, it has been on par. I have never had an issue with this location. I have not ever had any issues with the staff. They have always has been cool with me and my order has normally come out in a timely manner. This location also has a drive through. The only negative with this location (8303 - C Highway 6 N and West Road) is that it is a high traffic area.

Smoothie King selections are much more appropriate for what I am looking for. Unfortunately, this location Didn't Do It For Me. Why? Service was outrageous. I went through the drive thru to order two drinks. I requested if they could split one drink into two cups and they said they needed to charge me. I asked them if I could just do it myself and they said they wanted to charge me for the cups. I've gone to Smoothie King multiple times and I've never gotten charged for an extra cup. Whatever, $0.25 isn't so bad. So whenever I pulled up I just said I would like to purchase a cup. She took my money and close the door. The gentleman who gave me the drink kind of just looked at me and walked away after I told him I would like a cup. I was waiting at the window for about 5 minutes. no one was acknowledging me and the woman who took my order finally came out after I knocked on the window. I told her I wanted to purchase a cup already and still, she looked at me dumbfoundedly. Not sure what the whole issue was but drive-thrus are supposed to be very convenient. Although it took a while for me to get my drinks, it took a long time to get a cup. Cup is nothing that needs to be made just taken at the station. Horrible service. would not come back just because of that. Don't recommend coming there, Jamba Juice is down the street anyway.

I'm a huge fan of smoothie king. Particularly the meal replacement smoothies. I tried to stop twice on my way to work to grab a smoothie only to find out they don't open until 8. I'm sure you guys are missing lots of customers that are heading out earlier than 8. I've now began to stop at another location off of I-10.

This is hands down the best Smoothie King location in Houston. I drink Smoothie King almost every other day, so I visit a lot of different locations, but this particular one is the best, they're always on point. Fast, friendly service and they never mess up my order.

Unless time is not important to you, I would suggest going to the one down highway 6, by the Home Depot. Otherwise you'll just be in line for over ten minutes without even being acknowledged.

Good services smoothies are yummy and fast with online orders....... They always greet costumers.

Out of all the sk's I choose this one and the main and most important reason is for the amazing customer service and cleanliness, I'm very pleased with the attention that ALL of the staff provides, they always make an effort to make my smoothie how I like it, they greet me very nicely, I feel very welcomed at this location. I've never been treated poorly and I always come to this location 3 times a day!

I used to stop by all the time, unfortunately I'll have to find a new location. Went today to get some smoothies and the employee was so rude on the speaker for drive thru. She first didn't answer us for at least two minutes then proceeded to cut us off in the middle of taking our order when we weren't finished placing it. She was rude and rushing us then said "just come to the window I'll take your order there". We left not wanting to deal with her anymore. It says on a sign they're under new management, but seems as though they're understaffed. I understand working in the food industry may be overwhelming for some people. She could've been so much better, do better smoothie king.
