Smoothie King

Placed an order online for 2 Cinnamon Banana Smoothies. I appreciate the call that they didn't have the ingredients, but when I asked if it could be substituted for another one of their meal replacement smoothies I was told no because of inventory. It is obvious that management is young and I definitely understand inventory but at least offering me the opportunity to place another order would've been appropriate. The employees and manager who called need additional training. They could've easily made a sale and gotten my continued business. I think I will continue to visit the Fry location. I

What a pleasant surprise!!! Great smoothie bowl... Go go gogi crunch with added banana... Crafted well, and the taste is amazing...

It took 45 minutes in the drive thru line to my drink today!! Always a long line. Please get more help to speed it up. My child was getting very impatient waiting that long. Staff was not friendly at all.

I have been to the Smoothie King at 8828 Barker Cypress a couple of times. Whether I ordered online or in person, I have not had any issues with this location. I would rate them as par to other Smoothie King locations that I have been to in the area.

They never have ingredients. They always say they can't make the açaí bowls because they don't have any anymore. The service takes forever as well. I honestly feel that it's another McDonald's ice cream situation where they just don't want to make bowls for you. I have been disappointed so many times and it's the one closest to me so I have to drive out of my way just to get what I want. Management needs to do better...

Fast, good service and has ingredients in stock. Highly recommend this location as it seems well stocked, well staffed and well managed

We generally go through the drive thru and have never had an issue with our orders or the staff. They have always been friendly and patient when ordering (when we aren't 100% sure what we want). They're always willing to make us a pup cup for our dog too!

this place is always ass only reason i keep coming is cuz my bf. they take 10 hours every single time when there's literally never a line. nobody ever mentions an app but when you ask about the sticker on the window that says you get a free smoothie next visit if they don't mention the app they say they're out of coupons. then TONIGHT we pull up at 9:30pm to be told that they're closed because they decided they wanted to close at 9:30 instead of 10pm and put away their scoopers so they couldn't make anything w/o scoopers. after my bf bribes them with a tip the guy says okay he can make it but he can only make a small 20oz??? fuck off lmfao i spit on people who act like that
