Smo'Cain BBQ

I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE!!! Do yourself a favor and try their brisket burrito. You will be in HEAVEN!!!

This was a lovely surprise! We saw this food truck outside of our complex and said why don't we have that for dinner and I'm so glad we did! Where do I start the cashier was super nice, my husband said he enjoyed his two meat plate and that it was super juicy and flavorful. My pulled pork sandwich was awesome, the Mac and cheese I loved it's super creamy with a hint of jalapeño peppers and the stuffed jalapeños are to die for there super crispy and creamy and everything you could want! Overall if you see this food truck you should come by you won't regret it!

This is the replacement of Papas BBQ. The BBQ has great smoking taste. Their banana pudding is light and delicious. Most of all, you are greeted by an awesome couple.

Food was okay until it was ate fredh once brought home didn't taste the same Been wanting to try their chicken but they are always out of it for some reason

Seriously! If you haven't tried Smo'Cain, you're missing out. The food is absolutely delicious and always, always, a good amount of food. Most BBQ places want to give you one piece of meat, nope, not Smo'Cain. While this is a food truck, the food you get will be just like you made it home. Don't wait, just go!

Just tried it last Saturday. Had Ribs, Brisket, deans and Mac and cheese. Ribs were fantastic, brisket was great. Neither needed sauce ( I wasn't enamored with the sauce, too sweet mild). Beans were very good, Mac was a little runny. Portions were plentiful. Owner, Adam is friendly, he warned me that they do run out of ribs on occasion, so call ahead. Be sure to check the site for hours as they sometimes have events. I'll definitely be back.
