This was the Cobb salad I received! Not even close to the photo on the web! Fries were cold and shake melted! So disappointed!
Smash tots came almost empty and they charge $3.96

Smash burger was good but there were a little bit too much onions. Service wasn't the best as the workers were not very social. Environment is lively but tables were slightly dirty. Okay experience.

I'm surprised to see so many low ratings. I wanted to go to La Madeleines after church, but the line was out the door, so I walked over and got a single burger and sweet potato fries. It's basically self serve. The guy took the order, I helped myself to a drink, had a seat, and another guy brought my order after a relatively short wait. What else would one expect? The food was hot, the tomatoes were nicer than most places, and the sweet potato fries were crispy. Like a lot of the not so fast food places, it's more expensive, but not out of line in comparison. My meal was satisfying, and while I wouldn't make a special trip to come here (I don't live in the immediate area), I'd eat here again if I was in the vicinity.

Workers were impersonal and rude. No smiles. Apathetic. Sluggish. Lackadaisical. Yikes. I already had an interesting exchange with the young man at the register because he was confused about promotions and the app. I tried as much as possible to be patient, keep an upright demeanor, and be kind, but I was growing weary. (Also, before then, he stood there looking coerced to work there, and i watched his he interacted with the lady before me. He was cold, insipid, and off-putting.) I ordered a drink, a burger and fries. I paid, he put the cup audibly on thy counter and I went to create my makeshift Arnold Palmer a little taken aback. He turned and started typing on his cell phone.This was around 4:30 in the afternoon, and I hadn't eaten, so I didn't want to drink too much of it because I can't have sweet things on an empty stomach. It makes me nauseous.After NOT telling me there was a wait on fries. I'm just standing there clueless. A few minutes go by, and I inquire about the fries to complete my order. A female snapped at me, insisting that they're cooking. Ok... why wasn't I told that 5 min ago? So, I intentionally replied with a smile and a polite "ok." Mind you... my burger had been out this ENTIRE time getting colder and colder... watching me in the background, pleading with me silently to save it.I'm still waiting and just decided to play around on my phone. Finally, it comes out a few minutes later, and the female gets the bag, plops it in front of me without saying a word, and walks away. I was completely appalled because I never fussed about the service I received at the register, nor my wait time. I never once frowned at them and never raised my voice even once. There were two customers at the time aside from me in the dining. There were about 5 men in the kitchen. Plus the female, plus a manager, AND the young man who took my order. I had an order of fries, that took nearly 12 minutes to make, while my once hot burger became an icicle on the counter. How is ANY of this my fault? I slightly shook my head and took my bag, and sat down.The tables had a sheen of old, mucky, and grimy water it was supposedly cleansed with, and it was sticky. There was aged, hard food on the ketchup packages INSIDE my bag and ATOP my fries. What joy. I paid for smash fries and received regular. I was SOOOO over the entire thing by then. Didn't complain or anything.Just left...and will not be returning. Tip:Get personable workers and management. Hire employees with emotional intelligence and empathy.I have been here two other times within the last 30 days with similar experiences. AND different people. I let it slide the first time because we all have our days. No problem. The second time... I held off on writing a review but a THIRD time in LESS than a month? No, something needs to change. It seems that today the wat time was way longer than normal. I'm not sure where management was today but alot of us were waiting 30 minutures or more for are orders or did not get them at all! A friend of mine ordered fries, asked for her money back and the kid rudely said "didn't you JUST order them?!" The service could have been better all around. There was a nice girl with shirt hair coming out bussing for a while but other than that I think instead of hiring new people all on the same day, the manager should have had a plan first. This plan...definitely didn't work out ya think ? Also why was he cleaning tables with his feet on the seat and then using the same hands to make my milkshake? I was appalled. Like I used to work in the food service but I thought people were trained before they went on the floor. This is sad and I feel sorry for them to be honest.

First time to one of these restaurants, burger was decent, not memorable...what bother me the most is you order a side of tater tots for $3.19 and they give you about a pathetic amount, spent $27. Go to Burger King I guess

Classic burger + delicious tots = an excellent dinner.Having tried multiple burgers here, it is hard to be the classic. The bun is buttered and fluffy soft, the patty is juicy with a slight crisp on the edge, the veggies are fresh and crisp, and the sauce is slathered on just right. There's nothing fancy or innovative about this burger, it is just done right. Hard to beat a classic.The smash tots on the other hand are a classic that has been elevated. Tossed in seasoning and olive oil, they are crunchy yet soft with fantastic flavor. As a ketchup lover, I admit that I sometimes skip dipping because the tota themselves are amazing on their own.

TRUE DISSATISFACTION with the delivery service, DoorDash, I encountered significant delays, taking over 1 1/2 hours for delivery from a location merely 15 minutes away. Despite receiving confirmation that the food was picked up 10 min after I placed my order, the extended timeframe was inconvenient. I advise cautious consideration when opting for delivery through the app and recommend personal pickup as an alternative due to the observed service issues.

The on-line coupone ordering process was difficult to manage. The ad (mix and match) was misleading. You had to read the fine print to see that it only applied to the single classic smashburger. The app would not take the coupon the first day it came out. Thought the burgers were good, the onion rings were quite "soggy."

This is the second location I have been to in a couple of months where they have discarded their tea more than an hour prior to closing - not sure why. In both cases, I had the charge for a drink refunded since I do not drink soft drinks and there are no other options for a paid drink. Upon receiving my refund for my drink at the Sugarland location, I asked for a cup for water but was refused since I had the drink charge refunded. This is unacceptable as their water is free; not to mention why would/should a paying customer be denied water during record heat??? (I was actually told they didn't have to give me anything when I asked for a clear cup for water.)Additionally when I placed my order at 45 minutes prior to closing I was told they were only accepting To Go orders as they had closed their dining room even though there were 3 occupied tables. What the heck????? Why not just close completely???I did ask to speak with the manager but was told there wasn't one there as he/she had already left. There should be an option for zero or negative stars on here. Never again!!!
