I got the truffle mushroom crispy chicken sandwich and large fries. How to say this? I liked it somewhat because of the taste but expected more and better? The sandwich overall tasted good with the truffle mayo and most of the mushrooms, but the chicken and batter was kind of hard and some of the mushroom was burnt a little? The fries were definitely not fresh which sucks because I got the large size. Some were hard, others burnt. I ordered from the app so I like that it was efficient though. Hope they can make more improvements on their sandwiches though. Staff was nice and helpful.

Let me start by saying the burger was excellent. My wife had the single classic with cheese and I had the double. No complaints. The fries were overcooked though or likely fried twice to reheat since we were there about 1:30 pm after the lunch crowd. There weren't any other customers in the place eating. And it's quite expensive. $30 for two burgers, fries and 2 drinks. Ok I get it. Everything is expensive these days. Then they have a spot for a tip. I don't mind tipping. I'm a good tipper. But this is a burger joint where I bus my own table, get my own drink, etc. and all they do is take my order and bring the food to our table. And the tip is in advance. I worry what happens if I decline to tip. And I feel like management is saying hey we don't pay our employees enough so why don't you supplement it. And finally the place was not very clean. Not disgustingly dirty or anything but the tables weren't wiped down and we had to clean one off in order to find a place to sit. I realize, again, we were after the lunch rush but with no one in there (and for our generous tip in advance) we should be able to find a clean table. I like the food, mostly. I'll give them a pass on the fries because they're usually pretty good. But my overall impression was not very good. Hope they get it figured out.

Let me start by saying at LEAST the burger was good. What would have been a 5 star review quickly turned into a 2 star. I ordered my food and waited at the table. 4 customers ahead of me had already ordered. When one of the workers brought out the food there was so much confusion and a HUGE lack of communication about the issue. Food was being given to other customers who did not order that food, food was brought to me that was not mine, and when a customer told the worker that he had brought the wrong food he smacked his lips in frustration and did not apologize or anything. Very rude, not very customer service like, and in a establishment like this, it's EXPECTED to go above and beyond to take care of the customer and issues that may arise like today. The saving grace.... The food was actually good. Mind you this was our first time here, and I dont think after this fiasco I dont think I will be returning.

The brisket burger was oh-so good! I don't typically like brisket, but this brisket was so good. My husband even, who loves brisket, was like this was better than some BBQ places in town. Definitely delicious!

I think I agree with the current star rating of 3 out of 5. Just wasn't super impressed. It wasn't one of those burgers that I've bit into and I couldn't wait to finish. The bun wasn't really anything special, neither was the meat patty. I ordered the Colorado burger because I'm obsessed with peppers and I like the Anaheim and the pepper jack cheese on there was a good touch. But all in all it wasn't good enough for me to return, I just happen to be next-door and thought I would check it out. I also got the smash tots, and I thought they were very greasy like they fried them and then did it drain them well enough. For the price I had higher expectations. But I would put this in line with drive thru style fast food joint. It was $10 just for the burger and another $4 for the tater tots.

Worst smash burger!! Terrible. Got the worst turkey burger ever. Not cooked! Bacon was raw, turkey was undercooked, 5 onion rings an order and never full the fries. Look at the reviews, you would think management would do something but I guess the area is so busy they don't care.

The KITCHEN needs to SLOW DOWN and pay attention to the orders and getting them right, we didn't pay for fast food. We paid for quality burgers and my order is repeatedly WRONG! I asked for extra truffle sauce and extra mushrooms - got NONE and the burger was bone dry - NO SAUCE even added!! AND This is not the 1st time this has happened to us, every single time something is completely left out of our order! This will be the last time I come there. Do BETTER - SLOW DOWN! Quality is worth the wait. So disappointed this is still happening after a year of complaints! Do you need a new manager?
