I ordered online yesterday and still had to wait 30 minutes for my food once I got there. After asking about my order the manager kept telling me it wasn't ready yet, however she asked for my name 3 times. It seemed like she lost my order when I asked her what was taking so long. Another employee came out and was able to correct my order and gave me a free side of tenders for the wait. I'm still giving the place one star because it seemed like the manger couldn't care less about customers waiting long and had poor communication with here staff.

So I walked in to get some fries for My cub and I to snack on just as I did last night with no issues. Tuh day was a different experience. I literally have patron this location too many times for the disrespect. Let's be clear don't try Me on the first visit when I'm coming to spend My money and coming in with good energy. Who are We kidding the discount is .5! Not the point. I'm an Iraqi veteran who has served My country and want My 10%. Was I still going to purchase the fries at regular price until someone clearly needed to show His power of being a General Manager. Yes! "This is My store and My rules" Touché I guess I won't be enjoying smash fries no time soon bc there's no other location near Me!I despise eeeeediots that get these positions and ruin a customers experience bc of Their own ego or lack of whatever They going thru at home. Nice team, clean inside and the food is really good! My only dislike is being hounded to take surveys there. It's constant. Some people just want to enjoy their meal and go, not provide personal information for surveys. Other than that, the experience is usually a good one.
