So only 3 customers waiting for food. Fries to go came out 1st. By the time the burgers came out 20 minutes later, the fries were cold. Staff has no clue. Sorry burgers are too expensive for very poor service.

Thursday night after the storm & being without power for a few hours, we took off to find dinner at 8:30pm! Smashburger had the shortest line around but definitely the best service! They closed their doors at 9:45pm and Ida attended to all her customers with a smile! We ordered 2 smashburgers, Garlic Rosemary wings, fries & an Oreo milkshake. Our food was delicious, I'm thankful for their service and staying open later than they had to in order to help the neighborhood. There was quite a few of us about 15 people and we all left quite happy! Thank you Ida & staff for going above & beyond! It's much appreciated

Love these burgers. Had the Double Avocado Bacon burger to share and Smash Fries. Had a free drink on Yelp, but find it and the wonderful counterstaff, Karina believed me because I had my Yelp app on the counter. After our burger was served, Karina bought Brussel Sprouts compliments of her. They were fabulous This young lady insures her customers are taken of. I hope her Manager reads this review because Karina runs this place so well. He is in good hands. The restaurant was so clean, as well. Those Brussel Sprouts were dynamite. Sorry App wasn't working and I couldn't wait. Enjoyed this location more than others because service was quick and food great.

We arrived at Smashburger at 8:55 pm 35 mins before they closed. The place was dirty and they couldn't serve us anything fried just burgers. They said it would take too long to heat up the fryer. They said other people were waiting on fried too so we couldn't have anything fried.

Pretty damn good. Smash fries was great and I had the Colorado crispy chicken and I'm not gonna lie it was pretty bussin. The server was really cool and my food came pretty fast I really don't have any complaints. And the a/c in this place was hitting man and it's comfy here. No complaints say shift did they thing.
