Sleepy Sandwich

My son and I decided to check this place out after seeing a yelp review and checking out their instagram. He got a chicken sandwich with Mac n cheese and I got the patty melt. Both were huge flavor bombs. Well seasoned and the patty melt had that perfect crust on the meat. Loved it. Try it out, come hungry. I'll be back.

I wish I had asked the owner his name... I will next time. The food was cooked perfectly. We had chicken sandwiches, the fries, and the Mac and cheese. I would order it all again. It's not cheap... but cheap food wouldn't be this good. Props to the team and we will be back for more.

Best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten! Literally everything I ordered was amazing. I highly highly recommend I can't wait to go back so I can try more of the menu!

Got the single Laydown Burger(juicy pressed patty, cheese, pickles, caramelized grilled onions, jalapeños, a crispy onion ring, and a fried egg), and sleepy fries. Everything was really good. All of the flavors work really well together. There was a little sweet, and a very sneaky heat. I will absolutely be back.

MY GAWD TODAY!!!! If you have not tried this truck, you have no idea what you're missing. Don't sleep Houston, Texas this is the NEXT BIG DEAL when it comes to food. First things first the young man that took my order was such a kind and genuine person. He asked me was it my first time and commenced to sharing some possibilities on the menu. They have a wooden table you can sit at if you're dining in, in which they asked me to sign (love that). I ended up getting the Cat Nap (Fish Sandwich) which comes with coleslaw on it. I don't usually eat coleslaw but trust me when I saw don't substitute it, leave the sandwich as is, it'll bless your life. I also had there fries and a side of Mac and Cheese. The Mac and cheese wasn't wet or milky but it was still so good. You can honestly tell (as the food is made to order) that the chef cooks with love. I left not a crumb on my plate. I would honestly put them up against The Breakfast Klub, Taste Bar & Kitchen, The Turkey Leg Hut, and all the other Houston food hot spots. They better watch out because this is a food truck to look out for! If I could give them more than five stars I would. Well done!

Definitely the best chicken sandwich that I've ever eaten! Most will say the food is pricey, but believe me, the food is well worth the price!

Omg! First, let me tell you about the customer service. We really enjoyed the gentleman that waited on us. He was very polite, very friendly and made suggestions. I cannot explain all of the flavors that are in my mouth. My husband and I decided to give them a try. We had two of the "The Catnap" fish sandwiches and tried the chicken tacos. We both ate the fish sandwiches first. My husband stopped eating to let them know how great the sandwich is. . The slaw that's on the fish is amazing!!! I then took a bite out of the tacos. Yummy! I will tell you, if you cannot tolerate jalapeños, let them know. There are plenty in it, which was fine for me. We will definitely be back to frequent them.

I was craving a good burger and happened upon this food truck. I ordered what they call The Comforter - which is similar to a patty melt. Similar, but way better! The bun was buttery and toasted to perfection. The onions were sweet and amazingly caramelized. The cheese was melted and gooey, and the meat patty was REAL meat! I'm super pleased with this burger and the service! I will be returning to try their other menu items!
