If your going to operate a business then operate it. Every time I call no one answer the phone or they send it to message. If you can't function as a business and handle the demands of pick up orders the don't operate at all. Food service businesses wonder why they're struggling, customer service is why, I'd rather you tell me you can't handle more orders then just ignore calls, or hire someone to handle the call's because it's a horrible look for your business

Been a long time since I have been here. But the wife won a gift card and wanted to try it. I have to say, they were definitely better than I remember. The wings were huge and meaty. My wife loved her packed hoagie. The boy loved his Captain Crunch chicken fingers. I even tasted a few fries and they are thicker and more flavorful than what you get at a lot of places anymore. They stepped up their game and won my respect.

For the past three times ordering a Buffalo chicken pizza with extra hot sauce ... the pizza arrived tasting as if there was hardly any hot sauce on it and it arrived cold . Called to let them know and they wanted to argue with me !

Slack's never disappoints! Every time I order, I'm impressed. Their cheese (like on the cheese fries) is the BEST cheese ever, hands down! It's that white American cheese and I could literally put it on everything! You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Just stopped in for the first time in almost 20 years. Unfortunately I wasn't really impressed. I'm not saying it was a horrible experience, but it wasn't how I remembered it use to be. I ordered an Italian hoagie and mozzarella sticks. The meat in the hoagie seemed fresh and the roll was ok. It was just missing something. It was ok, but nothing that would make me remember it as something I needed to have again. What bothered me the most about the visit was the sanitary practices. The female behind the counter did great. She wore gloves when making the sandwiches. She took them off when doing other things and put a new pair on when making something again. There was a tall male behind the counter who wasn't so careful. He went from touching his cell phone to making a sandwich, to using the dirty touchscreen on the register and handling the business phone straight back to making food on the grill and using his cell phone. Maybe I'm not a fan of germs. This bugged me. Disappointed. I hope they will read this review and be more careful with their sanitary practices like the young lady who was making the sandwiches.

I just like to say me and my wife are in slacks the other day hadn't been there in years and found out there was a new owner. I was nervous thinking that they were going to be completely different changing everything horrible etc but I was wrong happily wrong. The food was wonderful but the service was even better. I got to meet the guy named Dave along with a young girl that was there truly went above and beyond for me and my wife. He made a pizza for us that they normally don't make and then a salad for my wife that looked amazing and tasty even better. He actually cut up fresh tortilla strips for us something that they normally don't have on the menu and even made a quick homemade dressing in about 3 minutes that was to die for. Needless to say we both will be coming back and highly recommend it

I have no expectations of a cheesesteak from a hoagie shop being "the best cheesesteak ever" But, as it's a pretty simple set of ingredients and no special cooking technique is required, I do expect it to not be awful.So let's take it piece by piece Roll was ordinary, like from a supermarket Meat was dry with no seasoning (salt &pepper) Fried onions were actually the best part and done nicely Cheese, where is it?It's not easy to make a great cheesesteak but a good one is pretty easy to do. A bad cheesesteak just shows a lack of minimal effort.Season the meat a little while it's cooking, add some more cheese, a little squirt of water to add some moisture to the meat and this could at least be okay. But as it is, go somewhere else.

Our favorite place to eat in a pinch! Everything is great- especially the pizza. Always fast and friendly staff

Food is good and worthwhile. The nice old guy makes my Hoagie super full with every good stuff.

advertis$d as being open on Monday's 11am to 10pm, got to the parking lot at 7:50pm and the store was closed, even though the website showed it as Open. Disappointing to it's customers.
