Skinny Louie (@skinnylouie.burgers) makes one of my favorite smashburgers in the area. I dare say, better than the other popular smashburger joint down the street . You have a choice of ordering 1-3 juicy patties between 2 soft buns. There are only 3 choices for burgers (you dont need more), and they have a few side options- I would pass on the friesThey travel well, so it is also a safe Uber Eats (@ubereats) order .

1 word: Legit!Great burger at a decent price. Fast service was a plus. $3 for a bottle of water is a bit much but there's free water in the back.

The smash burgers are so delicious! The single, double and triple options meet everyone's portion needs. Love the simplicity of the menu. Burgers, fries, and milkshakes!! Ordering and service was quick and our burgers came out hot, juicy, cooked just right and the skinny fries are the BEST!!! Try the choco brownie milkshake and ask for a bed to sleep off the yummy tummy!! ::)) They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a misty spray on those hot days to keep you comfortable!! This place is EXCELLENT!!! 10+

No-fuss burger joint in Midtown. The burger is awesome, and the fries, in my opinion, were phenomenal. Place your order, wait for your number to be called, and enjoy. There's also a nice outdoor eating area.

I've heard about this place and finally had a chance to try them out, and for me, it lived up to the hype. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, how it comes without changes. I loved it, but would probably get a double next time. My wife ordered a single cheeseburger, but without sauce, onions or pickles, and she didn't like it that much, saying the burger didn't have a lot of flavor. So what I recommend is that if you like pickles and onions and burger sauce, this place makes a damn good Smashburger. If you like a cheeseburger with just ketchup on it, this might not be your place. We shared the fries and they were good, but not all that memorable. The place was packed, but the service was very quick, so even if there's a line, you probably won't have to wait too long.

Okay I am not one to jump on a hype train, but if I'm in the area then I had to pop in and try it for myself. Burgers were about palm size, the flattened burger meat does make things easier to bit into. Burger was also delicious, prices were good, staff was quick, and inside was clean. Glad that I tried it but you might need two to fill you up lol.

Burgers here are to die for! Mouthwatering smash burgers made to perfection. They also offer gluten free buns. Absolutely loved the hype in this hustle and bustle place.

Finally got a chance to experience the infamous Louie!I love the idea of a small menu and being good at the few things they do offer. It is easy to choose! Any of the burgers you can order as a single double or triple. i recommend the double because the cheese melts nicely in between the two patties. I had the skinny louie that has cheese and grilled onions. However, there was oil and grease dripping from the paper and burger. Maybe because the patties were so thin? Very good flavor but a hair salty. I also had the cookies and cream milkshake, which was phenomenal.Definiely come on a nice day so you can find seating outdoors on their outside seating. Inside is way too smoky, they may need to ventilate it better?Staff was very friendly and quick.Very good experience! But probably wouldn't return.

All hype. Could be decent hangover food or just a dull flavorless burger drenched in butter with underwhelming McDonald's fries. Old fashioned American burger joint with a cute aesthetic but not a memorable smash burger in any sense and not the indulgent meal I would order twice.

Smash Burger is Where It's At!!My wife and son decided to grab some pizza but I went a different route. After passing by Skinny Louie several times and hearing lots about them I decided to give them a try. Located in Wynwood this smash burger spot is definitely creating a buzz. There is always a crowd and there's a reason why. Burgers are nice and juicy. The buns are buttery and soft. They smash those patties with onions and you get those thin burgers with the crispy meat edges. And to top it off you gotta get the Louie sauce which was just amazing. Once I picked up the burger I couldn't put it down. I felt like Wimpy from Popeye. I always felt he was a bit misunderstood but now truly understood his weakness. Along with the delicious burger, the fries were also very fresh and pretty good size portion. I'll definitely be trying a shake next time but a Mexican Coke was the choice today. Overall the meal was not only great but also the service was quick. They had both inside and outside seating. Inside felt a little cramped only because of the line and crowd. Outside felt more laid back and it was nice they had fans with mist to alleviate the Miami heat. Definitely a place I recommend for a great smash burger.
