Sister Louisa's Church of the Living Room & Ping Pong Emporium

This is now my go-to spot to get some work done after hours. Good WiFi, decent wine, and inflation resistant pricing that I really appreciate. They don't have food but Slutty Vegan is down the street and the bar lets you bring outside food inside, so that's nice. The staff was also super nice and the decor is as awesome as you'd expect to be.

Cold beer. Dope decor. Decent bartenders - we interrupted a game of cards but still got our drinks after they realized there were customers .. and Ping Pong! Who doesn't love ping pong?

Loved this bar! It's so chill, the staff are friendly and kind, and of course there's no shortage of things/decor to look at and keep your attention. The pool tables are fun and even though I haven't been to any of the events I'm hoping to check out their drag bingo. The beers are pretty standard fare, so nothing to complain about!

Stopped in Thursday night and hung out at the bar. Service was great, drinks were good and the bartender with the short bob was super friendly. I'll be back... my new dive bar of choice

Obsessed with this bar! The vibe is immaculate, the drinks are decently priced, the service is high quality, and there are tons of games and fun activities to enjoy! We got the cheerwine slushie thing and it was delicious -- it tasted like an adult version of a Tiger's Blood snow cone. 10/10 would recommend! Wish I had more time to spend in Atlanta, because I would definitely want to come back here more often!

Probably one of the most fun bars I've been to in any city in any country. The staff and patrons are extremely friendly and welcoming in addition to being extremely diverse. I'd definitely come here again next time I'm in Atlanta.

Aya's take:I don't usually write reviews for bars I've gone to since but this is by far one of the most unique bars I've ever been to leading to a ridiculously fun night! If you're in ATL, you have to stop by here one night! They have tons of games/activities like ping pong, air hockey, darts, karaoke as well as alcoholic slushies, and plenty of other drinks! The pictures don't even do it justice; you have to see for yourself!

Love this bar. Great art. Great beer. I especially recommend the sangria. Take time reading everything.

Some friends and I usually stop in at least once week or so as we live within walking distance. The bartender who served us we've seen a few times before and has always been absolutely horrible to deal with. Literally every other staff member has been amazing and very friendly. I hadn't seen her as regularly during the summer but I noticed a bartender with a big bow standing out and realized it was the same person we've had issues with every time we've been in and tonight was no different. Maybe because we don't look like a lot of the other customers who fit in there but the rudeness was completely uncalled for. Tonight was the only time I've ever been actually yelled at by a bartender. Like I said, everyone else had always been great to interact with so we will definitely be back but if she's there again will properly walk to another bar in the area.

If you're looking for a great bar in Downtown Atlanta this is your spot. Cheap drink, pretty cool bartenders, and a great vibe.
