Sip Tea Boba

Was sad that the previous KFT closed down, but super glad this plaza has a new boba place! I passed by a couple times but decided to give this place a try and got the crème brûlée brown milk latte. Did not disappoint! Pleasantly surprised to find the hard crackly caramelized sugar on top too! Was not too sweet and the boba was soft and chewy. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Disappointed. I ordered the purple Ube brûlée. The lady told me the drink is not that sweet. When I got the drink, it was warm and super sweet. The tapioca did not have a chew to it. It was super soft. This $7.57 drink went in the trash.

The atmosphere is the most welcoming feeling when you enter out of all the boba locations I've been to. The owner is so kind and will recommend you drinks whether you're a new customer or a regular customer. The food tastes amazing and the seats are so comfy you can just relax to study for everyone. The environment is kid friendly. I love how they have the decorated wall with the light up name of the store.

This place has lots of potential! I just wish there were more options for tea/milk tea (jasmine, oolong, Earl Grey, etc.). The house milk tea was good, and the tapioca pearls were made well, but my drink was just too sweet. I was told I was not able to reduce the ice and sugar levels. Being able to adjust the sugar and ice is integral when it comes to bubble tea shops; there are many people who can't handle too much sweetness.

After school, work, and meetings my girls and I needed some tea and in the area we don't have many choices. Sip Tea Boba was perfect! This is my second time here and it's super clean, owner was super courteous and the drink variety was great!Each of us got different drinks, all of us loved them. mango slush is refreshing, mango green tea was delicious and the mango popping boba was fun, match milk tea was on point. Pricing was very good.If you're going to shop at Kroger, stop by for a refreshing treat!

I really enjoyed my experience at Sip Tea Boba, this place is such a hidden gem and I hope more people will start coming here! Definitely one of the best places to get boba in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. The inside is very clean and modern, with elegant chandelier lights hanging from the ceiling, and plenty of seating and charger outlets for anyone who wants to study or hang out. My favorite drink by far was the Purple Ube Brulee milk tea, which was just so tasty with a really strong, sweet ube flavor. The mango fruit tea and Karaage chicken were also very yummy! I'm glad I found this place and I'll definitely be back.

It's an aesthetically pleasant, cozy place.The menu shows a lot of choices, loved the variety.Also they offer, fried dumplings, egg rolls along with couple of other choices.Boba tea was good, order was promptly served and dumplings were fresh.Would love to be back again .

Sip tea boba is a really beautiful and calming place. The workers there are friendly and bring your order on time. The service was seriously amazing. I ordered a Thai milk tea and it tasted just right !!

Love the creme brulee. Just what i wanted and expected. Very happy with the service aswell.

The food and drinks here are very good, the interior is so nice and the atmosphere there is really good. The guy at the register was really nice and I see him a lot. Love this place would highly recommend this place
