Great hidden gem of a don't shop. But what's more is their lilac he's. ESPECIALLY the jalapeño. Do yourself a solid and give them a shot!

Hmmm... count ur change when u pay in cash.. Total was $3.08, gave her a $5. Tried to stiff me a dollar, when the change should have been $1.92...Then tried to argue/ concluye the situation to make me think I'm crazy. WHATEVER! I'm Asian- we don't play with our math.. ESP, money! Never had that problem before.. was a new cashier..Short, chubby, Latina/ Hispanic, HS or college age, with big, round rim glasses.Gonna have to pay attention from now on.Food's always been good- but this experience has def put a bad taste in my mouth...

Popped into this place for donuts for the kiddos today. There are some really yummy fresh donuts here. I got a dozen glazed, some kolaches and some apple fritters. All were simply delish!! Which is a good thing because this is one of the few places that sells good donuts on this side of town. Thanks Simply Donuts for the tasty treats , we will be back :)

Great little donut shop. Good prices, decent selection and great service.

I was greeted immediately.the guy who helped me was nice and was patient with all my questions. Not everything was labeled so I asked what different things were. I was happy with my kolache and taco. The potatoes could have been a little softer in my taco but that was my only complaint. I didn't try any of the donuts; I'll have to go back. They have a drive thru as well, which is convenient. Simply Donuts was what you want and expect when going to a mom & pop type donut shop.

I love this spot. Kolaches are super solid. Apple fritters are great. Donuts are great. The people couldn't be more friendly. And it's appropriately priced. Overall this is the ideal neighborhood donut shop. Oh, and they have a drive thru. These guys deserve success. Couldn't recommend more

Everything I've tried has been very good. Boudin kolaches are a fave. Spicy and regular. Croissant sandwiches are very good. Donuts are better than shipleys!

I love this place the donuts and food are in fact simple but absolutely delicious. Everything on the menu is fresh, tasty and nearly impossible to stop eating. Also, the staff have a very welcoming atmosphere and just seem like great people all around. I'm so happy to support a local business in these crazy times and take a chance you won't be disappointed.

As an out of towner, I wanted to try the best kolaches. Simply donuts was recommended. They were good. Next time I'm in Houston, I'll go back and try something else. Also, enjoyed the old fashioned donut.

The employees define customer service! Very friendly staff and willing to work with you if you're short with change or will even add something extra in your bag if they run out of your favorite item especially if there is three left and you order two which is always my favorite! I highly recommend the blueberry cake donuts; hands down my favorite. I order a minimum of two at a time.
