Silverlake Hunan Restaurant

We are always on the look out for something different as in a new location and to support local small businesses. Well, I don't we will return here. It wasn't bad but there are other places just as close and better. The fried rice was just steamed rice with soy sauce. We ate in tonight and our food was just warm. It was a nice restaurant and the service really nice. I just think this place is all about delivery service.

Been coming here for years, good place. Best sweet and sour sauce ever!!! I would recommend lunchtime specials.

I am really glad you fought back when covid hit, for a while your restraunt was really in a slump but you have really came back even better.The other day we had a small birthday party for my grandkids and I was really impressed with all the food, from the sour to the main dishes, everything was above par, more help on the floor would help.ThanksRick A

Ordered to go from this place numerous times. Always good food. Stopped in and decided to dine in the since dining room was empty. The waitress was annoyed that we were dining in gave us a look of disgust and rudely said to sit anywhere. Seems she was upset because we disturbed her feeding time. Her demeanor was rude and uncalled for. We definitely plan on calling and speaking to a manager or the owner.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 15 years since Pearland has been developing. I will say this - they quality of food is amazing. Hot and sour soup - 5/5 LOVE IT - I am very picky about my hot and sour soup 1 I can't stand when it's thick and too much cornstarch ..lack of flavor or too much salt. This restaurant isn't like that. I find they make their hot and sour soup perfect and consistent since I've been ordering here for many years. Love it. I found that if you eat something specific, they are always willing to make sure your order is the way you want which is awesome and have always appreciated.Great small family business!

My husband ordered a beef and broccoli for pick up and what he got was beef fried rice, that was old with old stale meat. My husband never went back to return it. Never order from this restaurant again.

A small hole in the wall restaurant. Not real visible from the street.But it is well worth the effort to find it.I had the Hunan Beef with fried rice and an order of egg rolls.I made a to go order and was told it would be ready in 10 min. I sat down and five minutes later I had my food.Enough food for for two meals. Every bite was flavorful and just the right amount of spice. The best part was that it was still hot when I got home.I will definitely go back. Four stars only because I have to try a few other dishes. Friendly staff.

Good never disappoints. Always good. Delivery isalways faster than quoted. One of the few Chineserestaurants that taste like true Chinese. Will keepcoming back
