We stumbled upon this restaurant on Yelp when we were visiting Chigago. We had an excellent experience at this 40-year-old restaurant with new owners. The restaurant was very welcoming from the time we called to the whole dining experience.The food is authentic and excellent. We ordered mirchi bhaji, paneer tikka, chole bhature, dosa, some dessert, and paan. Everything was excellent. Of all the food, mirchi bhajji, paneer, chhole bhature, dosa were our favorite.The ambiance is normal and not upscale. The service was quick. The presentation was great.Highly recommended for good food.

I do love a good Indian restaurant, but they're unfortunately hard to find. Shree is one of those places. I've visited several times and found that their Chole Bhature is the most consistent in terms of taste, and one of my favorites. Their service is typically good, unless you catch them during a busy rush - at which point, the food takes quite a bit of time to arrive at your table. Regardless, all in all, it's a place worth visiting and returning to.

In a non descript mall behind an even larger non descript mall you will find Shree.We have been going here for almost 35 years and have seen a few permutations in terms of interior design, but the Southern Indian cuisine has remained the same.Appetizers like samosas and dosas galore, and they introduced Chinese themed Indian dishes. Their menu used to be more descriptive but now it is a small brochure. So use your mobile phone to look up dish names. They also have beer and wine. We still enjoy this place because everything clicks. The interior is now contemporary bordering on high tech. The staff is attentive and the manager frets and comes to your table.You won't be disappointed.

I have been to Shree multiple times with my family and friends, and we always have a great experience. The staff is always very attentive and very quick. The food has always been very good and flavorful. Great spot in town for some great Indian food that is very cost friendly. Highly recommend for a quick bite or a sit down dinner or lunch!

So good for dosas and the surprising thing is also amazing from a north Indian standpoint. Especially since the renovations this place has stepped it up in terms of the ambiance as well. The staff was nice to us. Thanks Shree. Btw, I've had their catering so many times over the years, I can't even count how many. I'm surprised I haven't already done a review.

Can I put a negative star! When we entered we grabbed a menu in the waiting/pick up area there was a used fork on the table. I told the waiter he said it's ok just leave it. We wanted to ask question on the menu he basically just walked away from us and attended the other guests. I'm assuming the owner is the one with the bad hair dye. He was beyond rude! Shows as his employees were the same. There were dishes my friend saw online and simply asked what it was. He's like we don't have it. Showed another dish and said no. Ok so all of a sudden nothing is available. He could of recommended a dish. He then said this is vegetarian restaurant and walked away! We were not oppose to ordering but I guess you have to be Indian to be severed in this restaurant. I've never dealt with a Indian restaurant that was rude and dismissive! Save your money and a go a couple doors down to Katy's Dumpling and the Indian grocery store. There were extremely welcoming and kind.

We had best quality food with great customer service. We ordered Chana Bhatura and pav bhaji. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will come again for sure. Ambience is also very nice.
