I stop by for lunch! The atmosphere, the workers, the plate portion, everything was absolutely amazing! The food was so good! I will be back with family and friends! What we ate was more than enough and the flavors were terrific!!

The food here is delicious! Started with the tamater shorba soup which was medium spicy and really good, the best I've had. Ordered a chicken dish named Murgh Tikka Malai a wonderful chicken dish served over onions on a sizzling platter. (So many great meat choices to choose from!) And finally a vegetarian okra dish called Bhindi-do-piaza which I order every visit. All served with rice and Naan bread. Great food. Also at lunch they offer a very reasonable lunch special which includes about six items per serving. Again, many lunch choices! Friendly staff and very accommodating.

We've never had a bad experience at their new location. Great food and service. My wife and only remaining boss always enjoy a non vegan lunch special that comes with an entree, a bunch of sides and a dessert. The silver tray comes with a small green salad, spectacular nan, sag paneer, mixed lentils, and the best rice pudding ever, I had the murgh tikka masala and wifey got the tandoori murgh.....a chicken leg baked in a tandoori oven. All the sides come in silver cups on a silver tray and they were all 5 stars and I could not eat it all. Both came with a nan also. We love their "spiced iced tea" and we always get it. A stellar meal for under 12 dollars apiece, we'll be back.

This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Houston. Great food, great price, which are most important things for me to choose a restaurant! We have been their customer for so many years and never had a problem. If you want some nice Indian food, definitely try here. We love all of their foods.

My takeout order of Butter Chicken was very delicious with zesty, tomato gravy with good spices in it and a creamy base. The chicken pieces were abundant n very tender. The rice with the curry was fresh n loose. The butter chicken and chicken tikka masala are my favorites for the main meal here. I also like the madras and lamb boti kabob a lot here too. For favorite desserts here, mine are the gulab jamun and rice pudding. Great service again as well.

Came for the lunch special, and it was great! A whole tray of food for something like $12. Chicken vindaloo had the perfect amount of spice and heat. Service was prompt. Restaurant was quiet at lunch - will be trying it again for dinner, but first impressions are good.

I've ordered from Shiva twice now and have had excellent experiences both times! One I placed through door dash, and the other through their website. Both times the food was fresh, hot, and super delicious. The portion sizes are appropriate with the pricing, which I was really appreciative of. I'm pretty bad with spicy food (as much as I wish that wasn't the case) so I stay basic and stick with Marsala. Even still, it's packed with flavor!Highly recommend checking our Shiva if it's near you, definitely is now my go-to for when I want to order takeout.
