I ordered the platter and the food was incredible. The meats were cooked perfectly to a tender perfection and their rice was on point.10/10 would definitely come back here for lunch again.

I had a distressing experience at Shish kabob Mediterranean Cuisine recently. I entered the establishment simply to ask for a bag to put my raincoat in, but the owner responded with an unexpected and violent assault. After the incident, I stepped outside to gather myself and get the name of the restaurant, only to be met with further aggression--he came out, flipped me off, and was extremely rude.This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I've filed a police report and will be pressing charges, as the owner's actions indicate serious anger management issues. I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this place to think twice. No one should have to endure such hostility when merely asking for assistance.

I have tried this falafel wrap twice -- I was in love on the first bite! I heard from other colleagues that they also enjoyed their shrimp and meat kebabs too. Very fresh ingredients and healthy. Location is in the heart of downtown in the new promenade street near the Gusman Performance Arts center. The staff is constantly cleaning, very attentive, and expeditious.

5 * says the family! Yes it does suck you in from the street with its wafts of flavor coming out the front of the restaurant vents; clever advertising! The area coming to the restaurant is sketchy ... we made sure to go and come back before dusk as a side note. Parking is done away from the closed off street; we walked from near by hotel. The food is what you're here for and it doesn't disappoint. Juicy ,delicious and large portions for #1 meal option on the menu; fed a family of two adults and a child. Still had enough to carry home. Wish there were better options for bread. Definitely recommend this unique restaurant. BTW you pay at the register as you order.

I discovered this place walking by and smelling the delicious food from the street. It's so good I had to come back twice in the same week.Their menu is Persian and the kabobs are authentic. My favorite is their chicken kabob but I recommend getting their family platter so that you get to try a little bit of everything (don't worry, leftovers are good the next day).

This place provides very convenient and affordable Persian food. The quality is very good and the staff are very helpful. You cannot go wrong with the kobideh plate, it's a filler and it comes with rice or salad or a combo for $16. Next time I'll definitely like to try more items off the menu, but I definitely recommends this place.

As we were walking down Flagler, after deciding not to wait in line at the new food hall, we were smelling the aroma of delicious grilled meats. When we figured out it was coming from a new Mediterranean (Persian) place, we just had to pop in for a visit. The family owned restaurant is rather small with not many tables and we saw many to-go orders as we waited. We decided to try the Joojeh Kabob and a Shish Kabob and a side of bread. Everything is fresh and made to order. The chicken was well seasoned and incredibly tender and the juiciest I've had in a while. The steak shish kabob was also super tender. I could almost cut it with a plastic fork. The side of bread was paper thin, not like a typical pita style I've tried before. It was very light and exactly what I needed to compliment, not overpower, the rest of the meal. The owners kept coming up and asking if all was good, which it was. We will definitely return for more healthy, hearty meals.

I am really happy to have had a wonderful lunch at Shishkabob restaurant. It is a cozy place, with amazing food and very warm and welcoming customer service! I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!
