Shiroi Hana

The food was alright and the service was decent. I love the style and design of the place but I was expecting the quality of the food to match the high-end look; it wasn't bad, just not memorable. The location is right downtown, so I would recommend taking a rideshare to the spot. I believe we just missed the rush, but it was not crowded and it was a pleasant experience.

Very pleasant and welcoming. Lots of different options on menu and extensive list of sushi choices. Nice flavors in miso soup. Sushi pieces were delicious. Had pork katsu as main and it was very flavorful. They also serve sakè very nicely. Overall great experience. Thanks

Very elegant and quiet sushi spot. Fast and friendly service. Sushi rice was solid and the fish was fresh. Prices were pretty up there though ($15+).

Best miso soup and unagi I've ever had. Their miso soup was NOT bland, meh, or salty. It had that lip-smacking/comforting chicken soup vibe. Hmmmmmm. Never thought I'd be impressed by miso soup. They MUST be using some pork neckbones alongside the bonito flakes ;)The unagi was simply delicious perfection. Honestly, it's the only unagi I've had that tasted fresh vs like it was pre-seasoned and defrosted (OLD!!!!) teriyaki eelThe lean whitefish sashimi wasn't great, the plating was barebones and I didn't love the texture on the tuna. That said... the dining experience was pleasant, the sashimi servings were fairly generous and the price was modest/way reasonable for downtown. FYI bathroom is out the front door and upstairs=DON'T almost walk into the kitchen like I did!

We stopped here for dinner and I think this is a pretty good spot. It's a standard sushi restaurant located in the city tucked away in the corner. It's really easy to walk past this place and never notice it at all.

Went for a night out in the city and this restaurant did not disappoint! The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the portions were great! The restaurant is in a great part of the city, being a block away from some of the major concert venues and theaters. The bathrooms, while clean, are like closets! They're so tiny!!Overall would eat here again!

Great sushi! It's a hidden gem with a classy ambiance and welcoming staff. Would recommend!

I stayed at the Bellavue hotel a block away and ordered for pickup. The sushi was better than most places in CA - and the service was top notch. Definitely will order again next time I am in town!

Always Fresh and fast service. Every-time i order it literally only takes them 5 minutes!
