Shipley Do-Nuts

Just got donuts this morning!!!! So this donut shop is on the way gone and decided to stop by. Covid procedures: Mask is needed to come in. There is red tape on the floor to show placement of people to comply with Covid social distancing. They have plexi shields at the counter to provide protection. So let's get to the donuts! My kids love the donuts! We get sprinkles and glaze donuts. So we have come to this location probably 3 times. Majority of the times the donuts are warm and fresh! Obviously at different times of the day they have donuts that may not be fresh. I completely get it. It's not made to order so we not expecting that. The kolaches are ok. I've had better but the kolaches here are not horrible! Service is fast and I'm never waiting. They have enough workers for the amount of people who are in and out of the place. Which is very much appreciated for people who are in a hurry.

This place has the best do-nuts! The coconut was amazing as well as the raspberry filled! The glazed were so good I dare say better the Krispy Kreme! The prices were great also!

Good donuts and kolaches. Quick service. They make a real effort to get everyone served as quickly as possible in the mornings. I have often stopped in here to get a few dozen donuts for work. There can be a line out the door but it always moves fast. This location knows that people don't have time to wait in the morning and they move quickly and efficiently.I love the powdered donuts, sausage and cheese kolaches, and basically everything else here. I have to stop myself from visiting every day!

Shipleys Saturday morning service was attentive and very nice. Donuts are sweet and very fresh. Kalachi was also awesome. Don't buy the coffee. It just isn't a coffee place.

I came here on free donut day and of course, this location doesn't participate. I decide since I'm already there I might as well order a bear claw. I try to pay with credit card and she rudely proceeds to tell me there is $5 credit card limit. Seriously? I'm already being unhealthy and paying for a donut and you want me to buy more?! I had no cash with me. Ugh so I just left without it. This place definitely doesn't understand the concept of pleasing the customer over a $1.50 donut.

If you're from Houston and you go to any other place for donuts, you're confused. Shipley's is the best for donuts and kolaches. I've found that this specific location actually serves the biggest kolaches in comparison to the other Shipley's locations in sugar land. No matter when you're there the wait staff is going to be efficient and get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Love Shipley's

Tha donuts were fine, but the variety I asked for were not in the boxes. I was disappointed that they did not offer senior discounts or teacher discounts. I bought over two dozen and there were no discounts.

Parking- PlentifulStaff- EfficientFacilities- CleanPrices- Outrageous (in my opinion)Donut prices are really on the rise. All Shipley's are different but these prices are getting ridiculous. 1.05 for a glazed donut!They are going Nuts to get this Dough(Did you see what I did there )Besides my complaining about the prices, this is a good Shipley's. They have a microwave that you can use to heat up your expensive products, but they are not allowing customers to sit inside, yet.I'll be back, I'll just have more money for less amounts of donuts

We ordered through Uber eats, they gave the wrong items not like we ordered. Taste is just ok....

Super friendly and fast customer service! And the best donuts i stop by here a lot and I'm always satisfied
