Shipley Do-Nuts

Everything was fresh & flavorful! Not so sweet at all! A must try when in Katy, Texas!

Horrible kolaches. You can see visibly that they put cheese inside but you definitely can't taste it. And the ham was overcooked as well. This was my second visit and I thought it was maybe just a bad experience the first time but I went today and the same thing. I will not be coming back. Maybe they have good donuts, I'm not a donut person.

Swung by this Shipley at 7pm on a Thursday due to wifey's cravings for an apple fritter. Big mistake, the apple fritter was overcooked/burnt and hard and the glazed donut was dried up and stale.I'm sure it's fine if you swing by in the morning but I assume anytime after lunch is a waste of time. Strangely enough the lobby was closed and only the drive thru available. Will not be back.

I'd recommend going inside instead of the drive-thru. We've been through the drive-thru 3 different times, asked for jalapeño kolaches and end up receiving plain sausage and cheese. Some times the quality is a bit off. I like shipleys but the only reason why I've gone to this particular location is convenience. Check out Adrian's Mexican Street Food next door to Shipley's.

BE WARE. Went through drive through and got some donuts. Not only were they not hot as asked for but there were ants in the bag. This place has no concern for sanitation nor do they care what you ask for. Beware if you go here they really don't care as they have no competition close by.

You all gotta chill with the low ratings because the drive-thru is a mess. Fortunately, I didn't use the drive-thru. I went straight in, service was good, and I can tell you with great confidence that these are the best donuts I have ever consumed. Sometimes, on a rare day, I will eat a donut.If it's a very rare day and the donuts are great, I might eat two donuts. On this day, I ate three donuts.

The cashier in the drive-thru was super sweet. She was polite and got our order correct. Our donuts were fresh and warm.

8 dollars for a small chocolate milk like we use to get in school. The chocolate milk was 1.99. Dozen holes with sprinkles and a chocolate filled. 8 dollars for that. The filling in the chocolate filled was barely any in it. Go to McDonald's. Sausage biscuit and hash brown and a large sweet tea less than 6 bucks. Large drink at McDonald's is the same price as the small chocolate milk. Way over priced at Shipleys with less quantity and less quality.

This has been our go-to Shipleys for nearly a decade - always hot, fresh, and tasty with really nice staff.We've never had a drive-through problem, bad service, or anything to complain about.

Bad service , lady at drive thru was rude for absolutely no reason. I apologize for my business causing you an inconvenience. I was having a good day until you gave me attitude for no reason. Thanks If you hate your job that much go and do something else.
