We came here at 9pm after our flight landed in Denver. Based on the excellent yelp reviews, this place really did not disappoint. The 5 stars is also for the service. When my tomato noodle with sirloin came with tendons instead of sirloin, they offered me something else on the menu with no questions. We honestly did not like the tomato broth either (tasted like Ketchup), but given the excellent service and other great items, I'm still very impressed with the restaurant. We absolutely loved the hot pot noodle soup with lamb! 5/5 would get again. It's mildly spicy and perfectly flavored just like spicy hot pot broth. Spicy beef noodles were great too but I would get the hot pot flavors over it. If I'm ever back in Denver again I'll be sure to come back!

I was extremely pleased to see how clean and bright the restaurant was, greeted at the door to put in my Togo order and was offered a cold water while I waited and we can all appreciate that in this hot summer. The food was pretty good.I started with the glass noodle salad and the cucumber salad, the portions were generous and so flavorful. They had different and strong sauces. The hot pot lamb dish could have used a little more spice but it was still pretty flavorful.

I loved this place, very authentic Chinese food. This is not the American style Chinese, this is the style of Chinese you would get if you traveled to China.I loved the lamb hot pot and the cold noodles appetizer. Both entrees were delicious, if I lived closer I would be here much more frequently. The place is nice, the service is good and the food is great. It's like being transported straight to another world. If you like authentic Chinese or if you're feeling adventurous I would definitely recommend trying this spot.Recommended & happy eating!

Really great service. Ample menu for different tastes. Noodle soups are my first choice with the clay pot selections a close second. Sometimes I order appetizers for my meal. Really good selections as well.

Incredible Chinese cuisine- every dish is so fresh, fragrant, and brimming with flavor! The green peppercorn fish is poached perfectly and has the most additive and rich broth. You can't go wrong with any of the noodle bowls. The lamb hot pot has so much zing to it and five spice flavor! The pickled pepper noodles are my favorite and a great rec for fans of Sichuan cuisine. The Hong Kong desserts like fried milk are also very fresh and unique! Great atmosphere to eat in, can't wait to work my way through the whole menu.

A while back (actually - ahem - quite some time ago), I'd heard that Shi Miao Dao had greatly overhauled their menu and now offered an even broader selection of fantastically flavorful favorites. So, I of course had to stop by and see what everyone was enthusing over.I notice I didn't mention appetizers at all in my last review (oopsie) so let me rectify that by mentioning Bái Yún Fèng Zhǎo (cold chicken feet marinated in ginger and rice wine). If you're looking for something a bit more... vegetal instead, see what you think of a bit of Hǎi Dài Sī (tangy shredded kelp salad). There's even a variation of the Shaanxi dish Liáng Pí (spicy wheat noodles with cilantro and cucumber). But one can't live on starters alone, so let me discuss a monumental main dish or two.An item that's been receiving a lot of popular press lately is Gǎng Shì Yún Tūn Miàn. This Cantonese-in-origin specialty melds a rich pork/seafood broth with firm egg noodles and bouncy shrimp wontons. Alternatively, I've found that one can never go wrong with one of their stellar claypot rice offerings, like the chicken and mushroom version I sampled on a recent visit. But no matter what I settle on, I know I always have to save room for some Xī Duō Shì (French toast with lashings of peanut butter).

Such a good dinner! Every dish that we tried and shared was immensely well seasoned and cooked to be admired by the customers. They have a big menu but nothing wasted! What Asian restaurant does not have a boba section? They do too but what they have is over 40 flavors! The noodles are amazing. You can customize and choose your type of noodles, spicy broth or not. Clear or not. Then decide on your protein! This is a gem of a Chinese restaurant in Aurora and I wouldn't have known about it if not for the Havana Business Development group! Thank you! It's difficult to find a good Chinese restaurant but this is one of the best! My fave of the night was the Pickled Pepper Noodle! Perfectly spicy! The rest of the dishes were all outstanding in my opinion!A spot to check out when you're in Aurora! You won't be disappointed!

Under new management. They still have Yunnan noodles but served in just one clay pot bowl now instead of side dishes. They started offering ramen and Hong Kong style milk tea. They also added some appetizers and desert. The rice noodle broth is still flavorful. I hope they refocus just on Yunnan noodles, and not get distracted and turn into a master of none.Suggestion to business: get rid of the brand sign" ShiMiaoDao" and just call it Yunnan Noodle. There's a popular noodle shop in Las Vegas called "Mian" one word, it means noodle. I like simple things.

Crispy chicken wing's appetizer is the most delicious thing we ordered. The waiter is very friendly, gave us his opinion, and attentive.Decor is nice which you cannot see from the outside which makes it look sus because from outside it's all blacked out.
