I dont know why but most of the "Baker St. Pub's" are quite disappointing compared to Sherlocks Pub's. This place in the forest maze I like to call The Woodlands. Do they believe in parking lots? I'm unfamiliar with the layout of The Woodlands so it took me about 15-20 minutes just to find out how to get there from 45. It cost me 10 dollars to park in a garage across the street, of course I could have just driven down the road and walked for 5 minutes but I would have had the choice to park for free. DamnI get inside and snag a small booth while I wait for my blind date to show up. I've never had any luck with blind dates, but I figured I would give it another shot. Turns out it worked pretty damn well. Anyways, I'm not Yelping Tricia (the blind date), Im Yelping the place. The beer was ok, kinda bitter what can I expect when I'm used to drinking dark beer, then I turn back to Michelob Ultra for my health. I asked my waitress for a drink menu because I had no idea what my date would want to order, except that I know she wants something fruity. Not beer. Strike number 1! Im kidding. Well, the waitress informed me that they dont have menu's for drinks. In fact they don't have menu's for anything anymore. They pulled them off last week. Im assuming they're changing the prices on things. The layout of the bar seemed very enclosed and cramped. Its not a small place, but the way it was designed doesn't allow for much people to hang out by the bar. Date: A+Drinks: B-Venue: F...for epic fail.I will never go back.

Walked in, couldn't find a table, walked out. So I can't say much about the place other then it seems to have a nice little patio area and a chill vibe inside. The set up of the bar leads me to believe that it gets crowded and hard to navigate around. I'd give it another go if I'm in the area, but its not worth driving 30 minutes to get to just to go there.

I live and work nearby Bakers Street in The Woodlands (waterway), so this location has been a frequently visited spot for myself and my guests of friends, family and clientele. After being a 3rd party witness to rude and unresponsive waitstaff in past visits, I wondered how the staff stays employed and this place stays open. The location is great, but at every past visit, food has never been more than mediocre and service is usually quite terrible. I see advertising for hiring staff there regularly. My last visit there a few weeks ago was the final straw. While in attendance, not only were two members of the waitstaff assigned to our area not serving our table within 30 minutes of sitting down in a half empty establishment, but when one waitress did finally did come to help us and we were not "friendly" (no yelling, name calling or any other unprofessional actions by myself or my guests...but clearly not happy) and we were then told we would not be served. After asking to speak to a manager, two male managers emerged from an office/kitchen and without explanation, we were told by the one of the two managers I had never seen (he said he was the GM) that our business was not wanted and we should leave. When I asked why (again, not yelling...but clearly upset), the GM proceeded to get physically very close to me and aggressively pointed at the door while yelling for me to leave. I have NEVER been treated so poorly and with no explanation. I immediately left feeling physically threatened and will never return nor will I ever recommend this establishment again. I now fully understand while the majority of the patrons there are in their 20s and why there is trouble maintaining any decent staff. Any self respecting individual would not work under management like that for longer than absolutely necessary.

This is one of the most popular bars in the woodlands. The staff is friendly and the manager is a great guy. The drinks are always good and they have live music.

Great ambiance and location in the Woodlands Waterway. Located off the trails and waterway, perfect for outdoor on the balcony or indoor dinning. Offering late night bites and a variety of dishes can accommodate to any craving.Highly recommend Ricky as a server if you get a chance to dine here. He is very knowledgeable and honest about finding the right dish to quench your palate. Highly recommend the Irish Nachos with Corned Beef or the Irish Empanadas to start. The Ruben is a great bite and the white mushroom pizza is a great way to share. They have a great drink menu offering a variety of cocktails, beers, an a wine list. If looking for a good bite that's not a chain in the area, this is it!

The service here is abominable. The wait staff is unfriendly, rude, inattentive, and have very poor manors. I travel for a living and this is the worst place I've been in 20 years. I have never reviewed a place online and felt obligated to share my distaste after my extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. The drinks are weak and the food is well below average at best. I will never return.

I went bye on a Thursday afternoon around 5 because I heard that 97.5 the Blitz would be there and I really enjoy those guys. Apparently they were hosting a poker tournament. The place wasn't very full considering it was Happy Hour. The vibe felt pretty good, the place was clean. The guy checking IDs at the entrance was really nice and friendly. He waved a few people through before me and greeted them by name, so obviously the staff is consistent here and the place is good enough to attract regulars. I'd definitely come back for a happy hour beverage anytime.
