Shark's Fish

I had Sharks for the first time yesterday and it was really good! Good portion size for the money spent, fast customer service and the restaurant is clean. I wish they had tables inside so people could sit and eat. I ordered the 12 count honey bbq wings and it came with a solid amount of fries too.The pizza puff is amazing as well! Definitely worth trying!

The food was hot and fresh. The cashier was very helpful, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Poor, poor service. The "So Called Islamic Arab" that took my order was rude and extremely disrespectful. I am tired of having establishments in my neighborhood who don't reside there themselves disrespecting those patronizing their businesses and lining their pockets for them to take back to their communities. I didn't get to try the food because of the rude service. It is amazing to me, this is the 2nd "so called Muslim" establishment where they unknowingly disrespected patron. If you respect yourself, your community, and your hard earned income, don't throw it away by patronizing this establishment.

I ordered a large catfish, paid extra for steak cut. I received no coleslaw, 3 steak cut pieces and 4 nuggets. That just did not sit well with me. Too many bad services for me. I didn't post all the times because I like Sharks. But I have had enough!!! Sharks get it together!!!!

Best lemon pepper wings in Chicago. I choose sharks over JJ any day!! Staff needs to work on customer service.

The food is very affordable and delicious.corporate chains can't compete with the deals,Arab dude in the front get straight to business.They have little Mexican dude throwing it down in the back ,so you know it's gonna be bussin.Got the 6 piece combo.Chicken is very well seasoned and that mild ketchup is it.I work for the university of Chicago and its the 2nd time I've gone and it's always consistent

Ordered the fish and chicken combo, and I could tell it was fresh and served hot. This says a lot, as the place was crowded on a Friday evening, and they were still able to give me fresh food in a timely manner. Went back a couple days later, and they only gave a handful of fries and small wings. If I would've had a consistent experience, I would have given this location 4 stars. My only other suggestion is that I wish they gave more than one mild sauce container, without the extra charge.

Don't come here! The rudest guy from another country at the register. Very condescending. He messed up my order and refused to correct it. He didn't learn customer service skills wherever he came from! Last time They gave me three rancid pieces of fish. Who sells rotten fish? They do!
