I enjoyed my Philly cheese steak. The white bread was thick and had lots of butter. The fish sandwich was a BOGO and slightly uncooked, gave us a stomachache.

I wish I could give this zero stars and put this rating in the negative. DO YOU SEE THIS?? Look how sloppy and unappealing this is. It's as if they just carelessly threw the food in this container. I ordered BBQ chicken and its completely DRY . The container has BBQ sauce on it and in the bag but the chicken doesn't! Who serves customers like this?! This shouldnt even be served it sold to a dog. And it's disgusting!! It's very salty! Extremely upset because I ordered door dash for my convenience but now I have to take thi food back because there is no way im eating this. How does one wait 40 min for food to be delivered and have to physically take it back?? Oh and did I tell you that they didnt add the complimentary Cole slaw, bread, mild sauce, and hot sauce!! Really...at this point what exactly did I pay for! I called Sharks and asked for the manager...he's not there of course. I asked the employee Natasha if i could get my money back and she said I could not! Im beyond pissed! I need to be compensated due to her or whoever working there's lazy sloppy job at preparing food!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! It will be a slap in the face and a waste of money!!!

This Place Is over priced with very bad service , Food is trash & the price is always higher than it said on menu, the Lady at the register doesn't pay attention and doesn't have good costumer service at all, I'm never going back & I will not recommend anyone there ever. I have never had fried chicken that was this dry. It was inedible. I have been eating and making fried chicken for a long time, and I don't think I could make fried chicken this dry even if I tried. Also, I went in to try their fried fish, but I asked the young lady behind the counter what she recommended and what was popular, and she told me it was their chicken. I should have known better when she stared out the window while talking to me. I could tell that she either hated her job or was having a bad day, but it's not hard to be just a little nice. Unfortunately, I took a bite from each piece of chicken in hopes that one piece would be good, but all four went into the trash.
