Sharkey's Grill And Ale House

Food was very good! Our server was great. I had chicken Parmesan - crispy with the sauce on side. Had angle hair pasta , done nicely .no complaints here, would go back for sure

Pleasantly surprised by Sharkey's. We were in the neighborhood intending to go to the restaurant across the street but the wait there was over an hour. We walked across to Sharkey's and much to our surprise found plenty of seating available. I can't understand why this place wasn't full. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They have a huge full bar and outdoor deck seating both covered and uncovered. We started with the Ultimate Nachos and Onion Petal appetizers. Nachos were crisp and loaded with cheese, chicken and jalapeños. The Onion Petals were lightly battered and not the least bit oily. The Baked Ziti and Sausage dinner was quite good. A very generous helping of pasta smothered in sauce and cheese with an even more generous portion of Italian sausage. Very tasty. The Hot Brisket sandwich and Chicken Parm sandwich were equally as good. Both on bakery fresh kaiser rolls, the brisket was tender and came with au jus and perfectly cooked fries. The Chicken Parm sandwich was obviously homemade.... chicken breast pounded thin, dipped in real bread crumb (not cracker meal) and lightly fried. Service was excellent. Our server was friendly and very attentive especially with soda refills. Great experience!

We were lured to Sharkey's through an early bird special we saw online. The food sounded great for bar food and the price was reasonable so we decided to check it out. We were unsure if they were even open as through the window we could see chairs were stacked on the tables and the parking spots along the perimeter of the building were roped off with construction debris stacked along the building walls.Walking up the well worn paint chipped ramp to get to the building I was questioning the decision even further. Once inside the main dining area had a full bar and table seating. All high tops. Heather, both bartender/waitress was overwhelmed behind the bar and took some time for her to greet us and come to the table with menus. She was rushed and visibly annoyed.We ordered some apps and drinks then when ordering the special that the menu claimed soup AND salad we were asked to choose which we wanted. When questioned about the AND we were rudely told OR NOT AND despite the clear and visible description on the tattered overused paper menu the specials were presented on. The service was slow the food was mediocre and the atmosphere was lacking. All in all not worth the time or frustration for both us and Heather.

Had a great time at your restaurant, food atmosphere and help with outstanding. Glad the highway broke down which made us take a little detour on our drive to DE. Really enjoy'ed. the visit. Best burgers ever!!!

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally did tonight because we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. I looked at the website and saw they had quizzo. We were a little late but they let us join in. We just ordered a few apps. The apps were on the smaller side but everything was good. We had jack daniels bbq shrimp( loved the sauce), onion petals which came with some kind of spicy mayo, clams casino( didn't seem like there was much clam in them but they tasted good anyway, cheesesteak egg rolls( same spicy mayo) and then we ordered spicy Thai wings. Their menu has a lot to offer so I will definitely be back to try more things. I'm eyeing those two different carb fries for my next visit I think. Mondays at 7 is quizzo which we enjoyed!!

Expected a 5 star place. Not. Food was decent. Waitress was great. But just ordinary. Place needs some upkeep. Really a glorified bar.

The first time here and it was amazing!!!!!! The service A+, location A+, food A+A+A+. I highly recommend.

We stopped in for lunch today, easy access to plentiful parking. It's a brand new spot so of course everything was Fresh and Clean. The staff was very friendly and Professional, not new in a sense that they were still learning. They all must have had prior experience. The food was Out of this world. Everything we ordered came correct and in a timely manner. We had Bacon, Mac n Cheese, Garlic bread Pizza and Tortellini Chicken Scampi. The Cream of Crab soup that came with my dinner was also Pretty Amazing. I have a feeling this place will be around for a long time, but I still would rush to get here before it gets packed, which it will. Highly suggested 5 star Worthy !

Felt unwelcome and manager was rude, unnecessary comments. We came in as a group and started moving tables to set together because no one told us nothing nor help us and as we started moving tables he got mad and made comments that where not needed.
