Shake Shack

This was my first time trying out this location and it was amazing ! The drive thru staff was very pleasant and friendly. The service was quick and when the food arrived it was fresh and hot! The only concern I had was the order before me possibly ordered the Cajun seasoning because some of it got my my burger bun and made it spicy. I don't mind a little spice!

The building is nice but the food isn't good . I recommend you save your money and eat somewhere else . My daughter told me daddy don't bring me here anymore .

The place was kind of small. hard to find seating. The wall menu was hung to low. People standing in line made it hard to read. Once they brought the correct meal to us, I found the burger to be rather small. I had high expectations for this place, but I found it wasn't what I was hoping it would be. May be a while for my second visit.

I've only been here a couple times but it is really good! I 100% recommend the SmokeShack Burger as the cherry peppers have the littlest kick that pack the biggest punch to the burger. Spicy fries (fries with seasoning) are a nice touch as well.

Most overpriced burger I ever had. Rather go to in n out burger, same taste and cheaper. Good marketing tho

They were patient while we were trying to figure out what we wanted in the drive through and answered questions about certain menu items. We ordered a lot of food so they had us pull into their parking spots to bring it out to us. Upon getting our food we did not get any of the condiments we asked for on the side nor did we get any napkins. My husband went inside and got the items and he said the workers were cool about it. I tried the shack stack. It was hot and fresh however there wasn't a depth of flavor it just tasted like an unseasoned cheese stick. Bc of the stuffed mushroom, I could not taste the meat on the burger. I am glad I got some shack sauce to give me some flavor. I would stick to the smoke shack, which my daughter ordered. My husband had the Korean bbq burger. He said it was pretty good but definitely needed the extra bbq sauce. I loved my cheese fries! The spicy Korean bbq fries didn't taste like Korean bbq . The sprinkle of seasoning didn't really add much flavor so the kbbq sauce is what made it. The yuzu honey lemonade was great. The dragon fruit pomegranate lemonade tasted like a refresher but wasn't really sweet or sour, maybe it was watered down.Overall I will come back I will just pass on the special items and get the smoke shack and cheese fries.

Pretty decent size shake shack restaurant located in sugar land across town center. First time coming here and I believe most people order there through tablet they have available. I don't see many people going up to the register and order. Ordered 2 burgers/1 fries and it took about a good 10 minutes to get it out.

I guess this is the new normal. All menu items are a la carte now. So $9 for the mushroom burger and $4 for plain french fries.

I'm very to happy to see they have a shake shack in this area, I had to check it out! I think it's really cool that there's a drive-thru and there is plenty of parking. When you walk in they have kiosks to place your order there, they weren't working for us so we went to the counter to order. The lady who took my order was very kind, good service there. Our food took about 5 minutes to come out, not bad at all. Presentation is great. Amble amount of cheese on my fries and if you like spicy try their spicy fries, delicious. My burger tasted good too. It's really clean inside and I love all the glass walls, it gets a lot of sunlight so it's a good vibe for me. There was music playing but not too loud that I couldn't have a conversation with my friend. I would go back, no complaints! I only hope they have the kiosks working next time but it didn't inconvenience me at all.

The ambiance was very unclean. Paper napkins littered on the floor, food crumbs everywhere. The staff was very rude & spoke back with an unpleasing tone. The staff stood behind counter while continuously staring back at me. They constantly rolled their eyes when caught staring, very uncomfortable to eat around. Customer service was overall an unpleasant experience. Definitely a bad experience.
