Pros:-Unforgiven sandwich--sounded like a hard no for me when I saw potato salad but this was SO GOOD. Would absolutely order again-Sub bread is really good and not chewyCons:-Cash only currently -Ranch is a bit wateryWill be back!!

I have been coming here for 4 years and have never been disappointed. It is my go to for subs and sandwiches in the neighborhood. I even grab a sandwich before long flights. The owner is incredibly nice and knows his customers. He prepares the orders with care and they always turn out fantastic. Nothing makes me happier when I see the open light on in the window.

I don't know how we didn't know about this place before The Thing started, but "thanks" to The Thing, we've been scouring new places for takeout. And some days I just want a sandwich!It's very easy to order. Just call and they'll have it ready for you. No online ordering platform but that's ok! It's nice to talk to humans. :) I love how they cut the subs in half and wrap them already cut. The sandwiches aren't bulky, which is helpful for me as a stomachless eater. Some might not find it filling, so just make sure you get chips if your belly needs more food! Service is always great. We might not have known about this place before but they now have loyal customers !PS I believe they are cash only- heads up

Awesome sandwich. Tried the unforgiven (I ordered turkey instead of roast beef). It was exceptionally good. It takes a while to make so ordering ahead is probably the way to go

classic small footprint hole in wall. Easy to miss if just driving by because of the slight curve in the street. This is a word of mouth place. owner-operator is sandwich maker and front counter man. If you go there regularly it is like the Cheers of sandwiches where he knows your order. sandwiches, wraps, salads are made to order. if they run out of ingredients, that it is off the menu, or out of breads and rolls, then close for the day. your sandwich is fresh. Wide selection for the size of the place. I call ahead and they are ready to go when i get there. Probably some thing for everyone. I have my favorites, picked winners and stuck with them. After covid restaurant costs and prices increased, here too, but it is still reasonable. I like their basic deli BLT. They got it right. Just the right balance. Toasted white, mayo, b, l, t and add pickles. The bacon thin, smoky, and the right amount. constructed so each bite has all the flavors. I've tried a dozen or more in town and this might be consistently at the top. Not fancy, just satisfying. The turkey V is also good. You can customize any of the sandwiches. So it on you if you don't get what you want

Seven subs!!!!!!! Wow I've never had a sub like sevens. Made with care and great presentation. Service is above and beyond. Every order is handled with care and kindness. I love roast beef and meatball sub, they're my go to in a busy day, ready very fast and such a light and refreshing taste. I work in Coolidge corner and this is my place to eat!!!!!! Owner Mike is courteous kind and such an amazing gentleman, blessed to have this establishment in our community
