Great BBQ! Friendly staff, and good sides. You know a lot of BBQ places have great meat and horrible sides. If the case here. These folks know what their doing. I've tried them a few times and I'm always satisfied!

I just ordered your food and it was the bomb. Flavors popping and filling. I was hesitant to order from local small businesses due to a bad experience but your food is good

Some of the driest and hardest brisket I've had, taste more like roast beef , i am not one to criticize but I had high expectations on this place based on the reviews . Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the Mac and cheese was good

It's was ok, not something that would bring me back. The texture of the brisket in the brisket bowl was a lil mushy & slightly salty. The rice in the bowl was over cooked but the olives were a nice touch. Overall the salty taste of the brisket, ss, and Olives were a bit much. The chicken was smoked and fried but upon delivery I couldn't tell it was fried. The sauce softened the texture. The pork sandwich meat had a decent taste. No bbq sauce on the side though... or slaw. I kinda was expecting that- maybe that was on me though.

We've passed by this place a few times and finally said "Let's try it!" The wait for the food was about 20 minutes, which wasn't bad. We got the two meat plate and loaded fries. The brisket was really juicy and did not have a lot of fat on it. The loaded fries were good too. We will return

Food was DELICIOUS. I was nervous about ordering a new place on Grubhub but I took a chance after seeing the reviews. I got the baked potato with pulled pork and brisket. It was so good. Meat was juicy and portions are HUGE. ONLY thing i was missing was the BBQ sauce. I asked for it on the side but i guess they forgot. Nevertheless, the baked potato was awesome

I can't believe i ordered from the only restaurant in Texas that doesn't give you onions and pickles for a pulled-pork sandwich and they charging $0.95 for pickles. That's more that extra cheese! The sandwich was just ok

So if y'all didn't realize...this is a good truck. I found it searching for close by bbq for my dad. Ordered brisket, sausage, ribs and smoked chicken thighs. Thighs are priced by the pieces while everything else was by the pound, typical price. Amazing and delicious brisket! Huge flavor ring. No bbq sauce needed for the brisket at all! Ribs were good. Sausage is a bit dry but good with bbq sauce. Chicken thighs can be either smoked only or can be smoked then deep fried and tossed in sauce. I opted for sauce in side and keep it smoked. I just like genuine smoked meats when purchasing bbq. Service was great. Hubby and wife runs this food truck. After you order...sit in your car and wait...she will bring it out to you! I also would like to come back and try the brisket boudin balls one day!!! Ambiance is a good truck lol! What do you say to that? Lol

Great customer service. Super close to my home. Convenient. No frills.The food was pretty good. Not smack ya grandma delicious. But SOLID. Definitely will satisfy be my weekdays BBQ itch. Old bucs reigns Supreme for my weekend itch. So what did we get?Lemon pepper wings: 4/5. More lemony than pepper. But fried perfe try. Plus they leave the wing tips. Love that!We got the 2 meats 2 sides:Meats: the bbq pork ribs 4/5 were huuuuge. Definitely double what most places would have given for similar price. Taste was average. Nothing too crazy but not bad. The beef sausage 3/5 was a bit of a let down. Not very flavorful and the outer casing (as with most bbq sausages) was inedible. The portion was also surprisingly small. They cut them super thin.Sides: the bbq beans 5/5. DELICIOUS and flavorful and sooo filling. They give a hefty portion. Just what was needed for this cool Texas night. Bacon Jalapeño mac and cheese 3/5. I had high high hopes. Unfortunately it seemed they forgot the cheese. Or maybe I'm just a cheesy kinda gal . Final grade: A-Will most definitely be coming back
