Segundo Coffee Lab

I got the Thai milk tea latte and a few different things from the taco truck. I give the latte a 6.5/10 only cause it was kinda lacking the Thai tea flavor but the taco truck was really good! We got a burrito, bean and cheese taco, and a birria empanada. The birria empanada was crunchy and delicious but the burrito was the best. It had crispy hash brown inside that was amazing and the hot sauces were also very flavorful.

Recommend x10! Locally roasted coffee and a fantastic food menu. I had their Cafe de Olla (cold brew coffee w/ vanilla cinnamon cold foam) and it was the dreamiest cold brew I've had from a coffee shop in a while! It was rich in flavor while still maintaining a robust coffee taste and had the perfect hint of sweetness to it. The outside may still be a work in progress, but they have perfected the coffee and food they offer. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoy this coffee shop! All the workers are super friendly and nice. The food from the food truck is also great. It is a nice neighborhood cafe that I enjoy walking to in the morning for a pastry or during my lunch break for a bite to eat! I wish they were open longer but glad they moved over to East End. Excited to see what the finished building will look like. Highly recommend!

Got there right around 12 this afternoon to check this place out after seeing a post about it on Nextdoor this morning. Currently working out of the food truck until they get the building ready. Only had to wait a few seconds for them to open the window and take my order. Didn't see the food menu displayed but I had looked at the list online so had a general idea on what to order and the person taking my order was very patient and described to me what they had to offer. Prices weren't listed but, if you're bothered by that, they had them listed online. :) Anyways, I ordered: - 2 brisket and egg tacos: Husband said I should have ordered more since he ate them both up and really enjoyed it. Flavorful and had the right mixture of meat and eggs.-1 barbacoa taco: SO GOOD! Tried it without the sauce and the meat was juicy and tender; will ask for extra veggie toppings next time. Tried it with the sauces and it had the perfect amount of spicy where you could still taste the meat but left your tongue with a nice tingle from the spicy salsa.- 1 Churro Latte: Really enjoyed this on my walk back home. Was sweet but not overpowering sweet. It was a good mixture and tasted almost identical to a Starbucks drink I used to get around the holidays (at a loss for which one...). Wanted to also get a tamale but they didn't have any when I stopped by. Another reason to go back! Also, plan on trying out one of their sandwiches next time we go. While waiting, they did have a table outside and she did offer to have me wait inside due to the cold weather. I opted to sit outside since I'm enjoying the cooler weather. It's right along Lawndale so you will be listening to a lot of cars drive by if you're sitting outside. The sound level isn't too bad where you can still have a nice conversation and not feel like you have to raise your voice to be heard. Overall, food is great, staff is friendly, and I plan on going back soon to try out some of their other items. Thanks! :)Also, hours on here are different than what they posted on their instagram. Time is from 7am-4pm. :)

Amazing friend and quick not sure why this place isn't more packed tried la mexicana 10/10 not too sweet and bold tries the breakfast bean and egg tacos as well as the potato and egg+beans salsa tortillas taste fresh paired with some salsas just watch out for the red one cause that one's HOT haha Will definitely be coming back

I come here to buy my coffee beans which are always freshly roasted, service is always great!

Definitely recommend, if you love coffee this place is worth it. Coffee is delicious, the staff gave me wonderful service. I love to support locally owned businesses. Super esthetic spot.
