Tani S. "We originally got hooked on GH Pasta when they had a location in South Lake Union. The spot was always packed despite the small counter only seating and we loved the bite of their pasta and inventive dishes. We had the chance to go for dinner tonight at their new spot in West Seattle and we were again blown away by our meal. The pastas have a bite and the ingredients shine with flavors that aren't over complicated just delicious. The spaghetti and rigatoni were both fantastic as well as the side of meatballs (tender and well seasoned). The portions were so ample that took leftovers home. The service was great and loved the comfortable booths with the high ceilings. Looking forward to heading back although a bit nervous it will get more difficult to get reservations here!"

Laura O. "I really enjoy going to local places in small towns. My best friend took me for lunch and gave me a fun history lesson about this locally owned Italian food place. She ordered us the Greek fries (French fries with feta crumbles and tzatziki sauce for dipping) and lamb and beef gyros and both were great. The service was good and prompt and my soda never was empty. Come by and check out their painted mural by local celebrity Chris Pratt."

It had a lot of toppings and had a good flavor. The salad was good too with a generous amount of toppings almost more toppings than lettuce. The chicken wasn't very good, but the rest was! This is now my go to place for pizza!"

Samantha G. "Due is always a reliable option when my pasta cravings arise. I love that the location is kitty corner from the Roosevelt Link Light Rail, which makes it super convenient for those that roll car-free in the city. Ordering is straight forward: Choose your sauce, pasta, and add-ons. My go to is their Bolognese with bucatini. I love the texture of the bucatini and the Bolognese is so comforting, especially when sprinkled with chili flakes. I normally don't order any add-ons as this is more than enough food to fill me up. I have tried the short rib ragu, mushroom & white truffle oil and smoked salmon options. While those are tasty, it's tough for me to deviate from my usual Bolognese. There's plenty of seating and I appreciate the laid back vibe of Due, as I often dine here solo."

Alohilani F. "My husband, our new born and myself came to the restaurant for dinner since we just recently moved to town. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the food was and how kind everyone we encountered were. The bread plus butter that comes as a side was so delicious! Our entrees were so delicious and so filling. I thought the portion sizes were pretty big and definitely worth the money. We also got calamari, although we for sure devoured it, it did seem over cooked because a lot of pieces seemed rubbery when you chewed them. Despite that, I think we would for sure try this place again!"

Marie B. "I had been driving past this spot in Wedgwood quite some time. After reading Craig's post, I made a note to self to stop by. That moment finally came up on 7/18/20. I had made a fairly decent ragu from scratch and wanted a hearty fresh pasta to accompany it. I explored the retail shop while awaiting assistance. Clearly the person who appeared was doing double duty, making pasta and running the storefront. I inquired, lucked out, and paid for the last available batch tagliatelle (or was it pappardelle?). When you don't feel like cranking out fresh pasta yourself, don't want to use dried, stop by this location in Wedgwood (other site is in Queen Anne) to pick up pasta and other items at this neighborhood specialty shop."

Timmy D. "Anytime I want to feel like an accomplished chef, I go down to Pasta & Company and pick up ingredients for my inspired Italian dishes. Part of the reason why I choose to shop for my ingredients specifically at Pasta & Co is because of how healthy, fresh, and high-quality they are. The other day I can in and purchased one pound of Bolognese sauce, two half pints of garlic marinara sauce, herb rub, mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesan cheese, and two pizza doughs. Later that night with the ingredients I made a bolognese sauce pizza, with spicy garlic marinara sauce, and herb rub. I also cooked up some meatballs which I topped the pizza off with additional pepperoni as well as mozzarella, cheese, shredded parmesan cheese, and finally topped with ricotta! It only took 15 minutes to cook in the oven and it was worth the effort and small wait. Every bite of the homemade pizza was delicious, it felt as if I had just ordered an expensive pizza from a restaurant. I always enjoy buying food from Pasta & Co and l look forward to coming back next time!"

Debra W. "Decided to check out This place after it was recommended. Upon walking in, it was very clean and I was greeted. You can either order on a one of two screens for a self service or you can order with the cashier. I order at the self service kiosk screen and as soon as I was done, you could see the kitchen preparing my meal. The pasta was cooked and the dishes prepared pretty quickly. I did take my food to go so we could eat at home and it was still pretty warm after a 40 minutes drive in traffic. Overall, the food was decent. My son said it best, it was just "meh" for us. I guess we are one of the ones who didn't get the hype around this place. It's definitely affordable for what you get and a great value. Did fast food Italian, it wasn't bad by any means but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back."

Eric M. "I've been going back on forth on whether to rate this 3 or 4 stars due to reservations issues. I'm going to lean towards 4, but this is one of those times that a half star rating would be nice. I live out of state, and the first time I tried to make a reservation, I left a voicemail at the address listed on the website. I never received a phone call back, which highly irritated me. This was a place where the birthday gal wanted to go, so I tried one more time using OpenTable (which was not a method listed on their site), which was successful. When we got there, the hostesses both seemed distracted and took a while to seat us.We were able to sit outside, which is nice during the clear Tacoma days. Right on the beachfront with a couple of guys playing music on piano. A little public drunkeness, but it added to the amusement of the evening. We ordered a few drinks, I got a spicy margarita with blood orange and chili which actually took my breath away. Rare to get it that boozy. For appetizers, we got the brie, the artichoke hearts and the calamari. The brie comes with a nice fig jam on top. Usually brie has a funky aftertaste, but this one was nice and mellow. The artichoke hearts were good as were the brussels in it, but its not something I would return for.For dinner, one of my companions ordered the scallops which she said were really good, I'll have to take her word on that. I ordered porcini sacheti, which while good, I enjoyed the sauce it was in more (which is opposite to some of the reviews here). The mushroom was overpowered by the sauce, but I enjoyed the lemon and artichoke hearts. This place is definitely a place for ambiance. I would come back to enjoy drinks on the patio, with maybe a few apps, and watch the sunset."

Jennifer L. "The pizza crust is similar to deep dish but the pie itself was almost like a thicker regular pizza with lots of cheese! Different, but in a good way. I liked their house salad because it's not just salad mix with dressing, it comes with mozzarella, pepperoni, and black olives. It was great especially with their thick honey mustard and my other half got a house salad with ranch. The ranch was good and plentiful so we saved the rest of it to dip our pizza in. Good stuff! I got a create my own mini individual pizza with green peppers, olives, and sausage. The green peppers were not chopped small they were bigger pieces. The pepperoni and cheese were good though."

Small plates from the kitchen of nearby Medusa...excellent. All the beverages are available for bottle sales as well, along with an eclectic range of imported goods such as olives, anchovies, etc. Even some very good quality produce...which appears to share the Medusa connection again. Only four days per week (W--Sat) and limited hours...limited seating...but what a joy. And if you are like me and know little about the range of options, tastes and platforms for aperitif/digestif...just ask. They are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and guide your experience."
