Scramble Club

Excellent coffee! Good food, indeed: Master Chef Ramsey would be proud of the pillowy soft egg in the egg & cheese sandwich. Counter service only, although there is room and capacity for seating. Please open up for dining in! With strong and attentive floor management, this could be a gem of the morning business commute.

Placed a Doordash order, first time trying the Scramble Club. The food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a breakfast platter with easy eggs, home fries , scrabble , toast for my dad. Ordered a BLT and a side of home fries with onions, and a coffee. The food arrived hot everything looked and tasted good. Well packaged, with condiments and cutlery included. Just one little thing the coffee didn't taste like much , I tasted more cream then anything.

Heyyy Yelpers,I had to add this business. Do you want to know why? I'll tell you why....I order from them at least three times a week. I'll jump in my car and travel to this place cause' I KNOW whatever I order is going to make me HAPPY! Yes, happy! I've had food from places that I wanted to go back and....(never mind. Erases thoughts); let me stick to Scrambled Club delicious creations lolThis place is awesome!Breakfast is...........close your eyes, shake your head and sing GOOD. Things I've ordered that I give a 5-star Rating to every time, are as follows (but not limited to):-Shrimp & Grits (with the special sauce)-The Odd Couple (Chicken Wings/Waffles)-Shrimp Omelette (with Shrimp in every bite)-Fish & Grits (I add butter and cheese to my grits)-Vegetable Homefries (spinach, broccoli, peppers, onions, etc.)-Crab Omelette-Bulgogi (my favorite...marinated Koren beef served over rice)-Bulgogi Wrap with French Fries-Garden Salad-Chicken Teriyaki -Chicken Finger Salad-Chicken Tenders(And so much more...do you see the variety? It's all delicious too #NoCap)Wait...their delivery...IS THE FASTEST in the city! Don't get me wrong, the food was good! It's the customer service of the owner that GOT ME!!! I ordered from here before and food was always GOOD and was delivered PROMPT & HOT! With this, I was happy to order 3 breakfast platters today! The 1st platter: pancakes and scrambled cheese eggs(no meat), 2nd platter: pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs & turkey bacon & 3rd platter: pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs, 2 pork sausages with 2 extra sausages. The total came to $29+ for delivery plus I gave the driver a $5+ tip (total $35).We are literally 4 blocks away. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND that I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER!!! I get it! Our food was COLD!!! My husband was more upset than me so I just called to let them know that 'although the food is GOOD & CORRECT, it arrived cold! Just letting you know. The owner answered the phone again(she took my original order). At first, she acted like she couldn't understand what I was saying. When I broke it down, then she said, 'Well can you warm it up?'. For a minute, I was stunned them I said, 'I did but again, I just want to let you know! She said , well you're NOT the only customer (hence, above in this paragraph) and you can just warm it up! I told her, 'again, I DID but YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!! I said politely, 'have a nice day' & hung up!Now minutes later, my expectant daughter called & asked did 'we have food cooked' & I told her I just ordered from the Scramble Club and did she want anything? She wanted the pancakes, scrambled cheese eggs and turkey bacon. I called to order and the 'owner' answered again! I gave my order & asked politely, 'can the food be warmer this time & not cold? She said firmly, 'You're going to have to WARM IT UP BECAUSE IT'S COLD OUTSIDE & IF YOU DON'T WANT IT COLD & CAN'T PICK IT UP, THEN DON'T ORDER BECAUSE IT WILL BE COLD!!! When I said, 'why would a costumer expect their food to be cold upon arrival of you have warming bags? How about the IGNORANT BIT#% said DON'T ORDER THEN & HUNG UP!!!I called back and said 'I WOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT Y'ALL IGNORANT A$$E$ & hung up!!! NO ONE SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO THAT KIND OF RUDENESS!!!

It's not the food its fine we'll good , it's literally the service SUCKS like a Capri sun straw !

I've never had to do a rate before but this place is terrible over priced , cheap product miserable people working and food was trash

Good morning everyone, I order from this restaurant often. However I decided to write a review this morning, because I placed an which came to $34.57. Everything was cooked perfectly except my Flounder fish . I called, and I'm going to assume it was the manager, I was trying to inform her the fish was over cooked, she Hung up the phone on me. I called back again her statement was I need to cook at home, because I always complain, which isn't true, then she hung up again.I didn't get smart, holler, or cussed her out, personally I think her customer service sucks, and I will not be Patronizing her busy again. I actually took pictures of the fish, I did try to eat a piece for I will be throwing it away. S C

Everyone from my job (a very large employer) has been ordering from this restaurant since they opened. The food is good but the service is not worth it and it seems to be getting worse by the day. Most of us have stopped ordering but some of us still order from time to time because it is close and convenient. I called today to place an order and the woman was so rude that I could barely keep my composure. After repeating myself for the third time the woman screamed "Well I didn't hear you!" Then she hung up on me. I cannot continue to give these people my money. There are more deserving businesses. I don't encourage anyone to accept this behavior for your money. They treat us like that because we accept it. I'm so done with this place!

Chinese lady is very rude and ignorant to my girl, very unprofessional. The food is ok but I don't recommend cuz the bitch gotta nasty ass attitude.

To be completely honest with you. I love the food there but in regards to the owner customer service it is completely and utterly disrespectful. I have not done a thing to her and she's yelled at me, hung up the phone & I put up with it because I haven't had these issues until recently and it's nonstop. I've even watched her disrespect elderly people and she's old herself. I don't feel the customer service is good. I understand it's in 52nd & market and some A holes may come in but she is truly disgusting and probably shouldn't cook anyone's food. Just horrible but it's sucks because the food is actually so good it's not made by her. Can we just please pray for this business and hope that the customer service gets better because the food is actually good & the other employees are nice
