Scotty's Saloon at OTP

We were a party of 6. The service was absolutely terrible. We asked for drinks and never got them. When we went to the bar to inquire, we were attacked by rude staff! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Oh, and I asked to talk to the manager and that person NEVER CAME!You can't run a business like this. Such a shame it's such a nice place...

We visited yesterday during their St. Patty Day Dueling Pianos. Seems like there was only 2 people to wait on all the tables. There was about 5 food runners but only 2 people to put orders in. We ordered a burger basket & chicken tender basket & 3 drinks. It took over 30 mins to get our food & when it came it was cold. Their service & food needs a lot of improvement. It's a great place for entertainment, but I advise you to come after you've already eaten and had drinks unless you like to wait 30-1hr for another beer. We ended up leaving & going elsewhere even though we really wanted to watch the dueling pianos.

I'm super city, so this isn't a place I'd normally go to, but it's down the street from my job and it was pretty cool. It's on a country road, sitting on a pretty large piece of property, and the bartenders are very friendly and attentive. Food and drinks aren't cheap, and they have entry fees on nights they have events or concerts. Wouldn't call it a neighborhood bar, but more like a bar/grill that can look like a club sometimes lol. Try it out, you'll see!

Entertainment was really good. Had the pianos going. They do really good. Staff is really friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It just might take them about 30 min to 45 min to get to you. It's extremely crowded with no seating. You have to get there really early to get a table. The waiters and waitresses are jumping through hoops to get to you but it will be awhile before they can make it to you. When they do, order everything you want right then it will be another 30 to 45 min before they get back to you. That's if you're even lucky enough to have grabbed a table. I'm sure they all know what they are doing and prob know a lot more than me about their business. To me it just all seems so unorganized. But I could be wrong. Maybe they have it to down perfect. They need to hire more people and manage their space a heck of a lot better. Put some employees in charge of seating people and getting people in and out. Something got to give. It's a great place but I won't go and fight the crowd and wonder if I will even get a table. To many other places just as good and not all the chaos.

Cory did a great job. He was very attentive. We had dinner and a couple of drinks. It's a fun little place.

First timer here! Came on a Sunday night and 10/10 would come again.FOOD: I'm convinced they made my food with love because my heart was so happy after eating. I tried Scotty's Burger (medium) with Cheddar Cheese & Truffle Fries. Bun was nicely toasted. All in all a great classic burger. Also had their fried pickles. Seasoning and fried crispy-ness was chef's kiss. Drink was a bottled Angry Orchard. AMBIANCE: low key, chill, top gun bar vibes meets outdoors (minus the top gun cast and the piano.) Inside is enclosed with easy access to an outdoor seating area. SERVICE: Our waiter (forgot to ask for his name) was very kind! Provided food and beer recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of.Previous reviews mentioned a long wait time but that was not my experience. It was reasonable and an overall enjoyable experience.

The prices are way too high! Dinner for a family of 3 costs more thanmy weekly grocery allowance!

Amazing brunch! I mean, we've eaten here before, and their food is always good, but this is our first brunch in a while. Well worth the trip. Nice laidback atmosphere on a beautiful day. Servers are really nice and super fast. All in all, 5 star.

The grounds, very nice. The food, edible. The price, outrageously overpriced. The service and management, wretched.We were the only table at the steakhouse last night. The ONLY table between 5:30 and 7:30 on a Saturday night. That should have been the first clue. No bread service, mediocre steaks and horrible, cold sides. Photos of "creamed spinach" and ribeye steak. Apparently creamed means pouring a vat of cream in some spinach, and the ribeye went to our furry member of the family. The filets, not terrible.Total cost over $300, admittedly $80 of that was a room temp bottle of wine. Huge wine cooler but our bottle came off the shelf.The manager, tried to give some feedback, and immediately got attitude and then yelled at. She literally yelled across the restaurant at us.Will never be back, and shame on the publication that reviewed this place. Pappas Bros. prices for deli quality, stay away.

We visited for the first time and had a blast. The bar service was a little different than we are used to. No waitstaff for tables. There was a line for alcohol and another for beer. Not our favorite but we still had fun.
