as a certified topping lover, this place rocks. the pretzel ice cream was filled with pretzel and chocolate covered pretzel pieces, and i obviously added sprinkles and reeses pieces for extra crunchiness. self-serve toppings is such a cute and fun little idea! the ice cream girlies were super sweet and friendly! highly recommend stopping in :)

This quaint little ice cream shop is a gem! The staff and owner are so friendly and personable. The ice cream - one of the best Ive ever had in my life - get the graham!!

We stopped by here and it was very good. The ice cream is smooth. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The location is very nice looking. Anything you buy you get free self serve toppings.

I had a unicorn milkshake and my friend had a different flavored milkshake. There were no (good) cones available on this day. I was a bit surprised with it being a Saturday and all. In addition, I saw some cones hanging on the wall in their cone holders. But I couldn't tell if the cones were bad or if the employee didn't know how to pull the cones out properly. I know I wouldn't personally know how to pull the cones out properly. Makes me wonder if they ran out of gloves or were low on gloves possibly. Also, any add-ons like sprinkles were not options and there were some on display in containers. Flavor options they had and having some different options is good.5 stars because the ice cream quality and the flavor I got were really good to me and this other stuff was not a big deal to me, but I could've easily given this 3 or 4 stars on this experience. Also, the employee let a friend and I sit in the wall length booth seats after we ordered even though it seemed setup as more a waiting area rather than a "dine-in" area.

We walked over to Scoops and Smiles recently after having dinner in the Malvern borough. They always have interesting flavors that sound delicious! I ordered the peanut butter cup, my daughter ordered the Magical Unicorn and the husband ordered the Cookie Monster. We all ate every last bite! I love that you can put on your own fun toppings like crushed Reese's pieces and rainbow sprinkles, cookie dough bites, etc... we will be back for sure!

This is our favorite ice cream place and we eat a lot of ice cream! The flavors are the best and everyone's always excited with their order. The staff is super friendly.

If you're an Eskimo you would love this place because they must be building an igloo! I am an ice cream aficionado and was excited to try this place. The list of flavors is excellent, they are unique and varied I was happy to see the portions seemed generous and looked very creamy But, and that's a big butt (lol) when I took my first anticipated spoonful I felt like I just ate a pile of snow. Ive cream should be creamy and this was not. I could feel the icy crystals with every spoonful. Well I wasn't here for a snowball fight so I was kind of disappointed the ice cream was so gritty. It had a freezer burnt taste (you know when ice cream sits around for a long time) I figured that shouldn't be the problem so I went back to the window and looked inside and sure enough saw the igloo they were keeping the ice cream in. The case was frozen with what looked like a 2 inch cake of snow and ice. The people who run this place should understand that the cases should be defrosted every day to keep the ice down and the flavors fresh. For that 2 stars. I'll head back over to give them another chance, maybe I was just there when they hadn't had a chance to " melt the ice " with a new customer and see if they clean out the snow or maybe start a snowball fight. We shall see.

Every town needs a good ice cream shop and this is West Chesters. Fun vibe, friendly people, great flavors of ice cream, and unlimited free toppings! What more can you ask for?!?
