Really disappointed in our experience. My fiancé ordered first and then me. And then the guy helping us looked at my fiancé and said "okay what do you want?".....uhhhh???So he repeated his order. And also clarified he wanted pastrami on rye bread...both times he ordered.We got our food and of course, no rye bread. The soda machine was literally out of almost every option, had I known I wouldn't have even gotten a drink.My Turkey sandwich came with literally one slice of tomato on the entire thing. It was so hard to even have our order taken, it wasn't worth it to try to get it correct. We ate it and left.Definitely not worth the $30 just spent. Yikes.

I am so tired of the inept people working at the Tomball Schlotsky's. I asked for an Original Smoked Turkey Sandwich with only meat, cheese, and mustard. Very simple, and they can't even make the sandwich right. They gave me an original with everything.When I called to get them to credit back my credit card, they said they could not and I would have to drive back into town to get my money back.Very Poor Service. Please educate your staff.Thank you

We are always struggling to find good reliable gluten free fast food options to eat with my daughter (who has Celic disease) and this is a great option! (At least this location) We explained to the staff about my daughter's gluten free allergy and the service was great! My daughter ate her gluten free sandwich without a problem! My other kids ate their regular sandwiches too and they were yummy. Thank you for giving me peace of mind!

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this place a zero. They gave us 5 stale Cinnabons in the back even though there were fresh ones under the lamp infront. We tried to heat it up in the microwave but the cinnabon was so hard that it tasted like croutons. We had to drive all the way back to the store to request a full refund but the manager wanted to refund half. This is giving Cinnabon franchise a bad rep and I would never go to this location again.

Alrighty then I get it I think - it's the Americana Big Fat Bun - that's the draw ? Hummmm I adore the smashed olive smudged across the perfectly round symmetrical sandwich, the familiar smell of toasted breads and dark sandwich meats... Yes Tasty Yes consistent ! The Italian sorta-kinda feeling is almost trying to be a fast-food Jewish Deli crossed with a shopping mall food-cart but not really... What I'm super sad to say is - did everything SHRINK or did I just grow into my American appetite, because I was disappointed to feel that I was paying more to receive less... The sandwiches need a revamp as we just have so many more exciting sandwich chain selections now....No vegan choice.

we went tonight at the tomball location and the register person Ainter was horrible!! she got my order wrong and argued with me and said that that's what I ordered when I didn't because I don't even eat that and my husband asked her if it came with a soda pointing at the mea deals and she told him no when it does and when I went up there to ask her about it she argued with me again and said that we didn't ask her about them.... she was VERY rude and disrespectful needless to say we wouldn't be eating there again!!

I love Schlotzsky's food. You can always count on being consistent, but this location isn't one to eat inside. The soda area had spills all over it, napkins on the floor, and no tables clean. It was after lunch rush at 1:30 on a Thursday and no one else was eating in the dining area. The person behind the counter walked out and sat in the dining area twice to sit and chat with another employee. Never wiped anything tables or soda area and walked right over napkins on the floor. Broom and mop were sitting up against the wall in the dining room. Not being used. I can imagine how the kitchen looks. Won't be back to this location.
